How to Make: Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

- preheat oven and bake on 350
1 stick of softened butter
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
3 cups oats
bake for about 11-13 minutes depending on size

My Aunt used to put Chocolate Chips in her oatmeal cookies.
Thank you so much for this recipe. These are my favorite cookies with extra raisins. I’ve never added nuts but I will be trying. I will also be sharing this recipe with my daughter because she is giving baked goods and homemade candies as gifts this year. Keep them coming I am just love your style of cooking it’s what I grew up eating.

Nice video and I do the same with my candy always wait until the sales start and straight to the freezer for different holidays. Thanks for sharing and yes I loved raisins. I have my grandmother baking sheets and frying pan and they continue to work very good.

This recipe looks great.
If you want to keep cookie dough from sticking to the scoop, spray it lightly with pam before you begin or dip into cool water as they start sticking again.
Same goes for when you press out with the spoon, dip it into water
(: Use a little oil ... because those sprays are toxic!!!!! ... :(

Thanks for the recipe. My cookies turned out looking exactly like yours. I have only one question, is the sugar measurement correct? They are just not sweet enough. I went strictly by the measurements listed, and they tasted midly sweet. I am not someone who wants really really sweet desserts but I do like to taste the sweetness a little more.
If you don't have a stand-up mixer can you use a hand blender
