    Looks good, very playable.
With ground or hills I don't use modular.
I use a felt cloth I sprayed to look like grass/field. Then, I just put foam chunks underneath for elevations or uneven terrain. Otherwise, lay it flat like a mat. So easy. Holds trees rocks and terrain just fine.
The nice thing is you can pin them down in places if you wish.

I’ve been following your modular tile guides from the beginning and love the updates!

Thank you so much! I’m sure more will come as the campaign I’m running evolves.

I gotta say, even as someone with my own style of tiles, I really do like yours best. I feel, if I ever emulate them, I'd do the magnets/metal the other way around. Other than that personal preference, I feel yours are superb. The combination of look, ease of construction, and overall fit-n-finish is super nice

Thank you! And I’d do the same honestly. Thinking back I wanted to just do something that was very approachable and you could do with simple materials and for cheap. But I recently ordered a bunch of 8x10 magnetic sheets with adhesive backing to try and make the Magboard one large magnet and still work with simple cheap screws on the bottom. The magnet sheets weren’t strong enough. Not even close to hold the tile by the screw. They barely even held the magnet side of the tiles. - All that said, I’ll likely make the switch to a metal board eventually, but it would mean buying a kit more magnets, and replacing all the current ones I already have. … so maybe not. Haha!

Exactly. I've got some sheets of metal, as well as a "magnetic white board" or two. That's why I'd start that way 'round. Still, I can't even be bothered to put magnets on my minis, so I doubt I'll build a metal board, anytime soon. Even so, the look of your tiles has me rethinking my EVA foam ones. I'll likely swap out to an even 1" thickness, and probably of XPS, in future

These are great and I love how they stack up.The layout starting at 7:52 and gradually expanding to 8:15 is awesome. Having recently subscribed I still haven't caught up with your earlier vids, but it looks like there is some excellent stuff there.

Haha! I dunno. Getting noticed on TH-cam is no easy task. Even when you do the things they suggest. 🤷🏼‍♂️

How many of the filler and ravine tiles did you end up making?

Well done!! Going vertical...its a 360 degree battlefield after all! Did you make the crates, barrels, chests yourself? Be a nice extra for the series shorts you mentioned previously maybe. Thanks!

Hey thanks! The barrels and crates are just 3D printed. Making things that small and detailed can be tedious 😅 At least when you want a lot of them.

@@TableCraftOfficial Ugh, tell me about it. I made some crates from coffee stirrers and tiny little xps foam barrels...talk about tedious. The crates were good. Considering some barrels from sanded down dowels and card stock banding, but not sure they are worth the time. 3d printer is on my wishlist for someday.

Yeah I am happy with the purchase so far. There are tons of small little things that just aren’t worth the time to craft.

I must ask, where did you get those stag skull priest minis? thanks

I believe they were downloaded from MyMiniFactory and I printed them at home.
