Separating Tone and Colour with CMYK Curves

  • Sometimes it helps to separate tone (black and white stuff) from colours and put them on different layers. Here's an easy way to do this in Affinity Photo, using CMYK and Curves, so you can process each individually.

    Very interesting. By separating colours and increasing Gaussian blu, it looks like you could create a nice watercolour wash effect.
