Easy Colour Grading Using Channel Mixer and LAB

The Channel Mixer adjustment and LAB colour are both in the 'lesser used' category, so here's a quick revision of how to use the Channel Mixer and what LAB is (as opposed to such as RGB or CMYK), followed by some simple ways of using this to adjust colours (hint: make things add up to 100%) in different grading balances.
