I'm going out on a limb and say that Walrus finally made their version of the MOOD (unless I'm mistaken). A very cool pedal that you can lose a weekend playing with it.

Hah! Regen-knob! I knew that one, because ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch. The sound at 11:40 and forward, with low tone is really cool! It's like clouds by the horizon that sun's rays shine through and there's been some rain too, and there's a forest... Technology that makes me see nature in my head, it's really cool! I want to make an ambient album that no one will listen to!

Might not be as awesome with guitar, but the pedal does wonders to synthesizers, which often sound sterile and static by nature

Try smashing a normal delay up against a brick wall a few times.
You may well end up with something very similar-sounding.
(BTW: "Regen" is "rain" in German.)

I find it hilarious that when someone releases a drive pedal, the comments are like "when will someone make something different??" Then when really different things come out, people whine about how it doesn't fit into what they're already doing. "How am i supposed to use this in my live rock set??"
