It's usually a smart move to wait at least 2 years after a new design release, but with the Tundra, it's probably best to wait 6 years, and that's just sad.
They will be plentiful for a little while, but inventory will reduce as they stock pile replacement engines for the recall. I am thinking they are doing a great job of correcting this issue, while also keeping the value from dropping and forcing big discounts next year. Love my 24 Tundra SR5 XP Series 4x4 in Red.
My dealer sold me the same base Limited without the premium sound or the I-Force Max, with a few add ons like tint, converter shield, and paint protection film for $56,000 back in October.
I got a 24 with the max motor, pano roof,jbl,4x4 limited for $61,000... leased it 0 down 0% interest.... it's total trash! Gave it to my wife and got a new Silverado zr2 1500... way better seats, no wind noise inside, usefull rear bumper, better interior material ect....
Love that white Sport trim. Just gorgeous and such a bang for the buck. I wonder if that can be ordered with the Toyota suspension lift or request a dealer install?
@@MYDOGOG some of us don't want to drive some old ass truck around. Horrible mpg horrible power horrible tech ... no thanks I'll live in the future not the old past.
Hold on for a bit Mark if you are wanting a new Tundra as the prices will most likely be dropping more due to the increasing inventory. The reputation of this gen 3 Tundra with the current V6 is not very good. I personally won't be buying another Tundra until they add a V8 option or go a few years with a much more reliable engine.
Yeah… new emission standards are moving away from the v8… so they’re not likely to come back. We will see we a hydrogen powered truck b4 we see another gas/ diesel v8 from Toyota
I’d bet the updated engines are now bulletproof. Even the recalled engines only had a one percent failure rate. Toyota is doing the replacement to make things right.
The smart move in 2024 is rather spending 60g’s on 1 vehicle, own multiple well maintained used vehicles…
For you maybe but not for me.
I just got one & really enjoying it
Can't stand mine👎 gave it to my wife and got a new Silverado zr2 1500
The white sr5 trd sport nice!!! My opinion color matched all around is fantastic. Got the sr5 sport blacked out. Still can't stop looking at her😊

Ill admit. The new style is growing on me
Im gonna write that down and remind you! 😁
It's hideous 🤢

Maybe your time would be better served on a Chevy channel? 😁🤷🏼♂️
@@TundraDude34 Or maybe i can actually speak on the facts about the Tundra since I've owned 4 of them and currently have a 24. Don't get butt hurt son
@@TundraDude34 👈 poor lil boy can't handle the truth about the new Tundra 😢😢😢
I have no problem with you being here and helping my engagement. I just figured you would be happier on a channel that fits your views.
Just got a 24 black trd offroad limited. The truck is sick asf. Comes with everything. I came from a tacoma so im blown away by the tundra
Excellent choice! Enjoy it
As long as the seat panel don't crack it's a good choice!
Seat panel is nothing compared to the wind noise inside
@@atg1338 I don't have that issue thank God.
This is the content I subscribe for Tundra Chad 34.

From factory, they cant do sport. But im sure a dealer could make it happen
Hi Mark, good morning...nice weather for a change
Keep trd sport on sr5 only makes it unique
I would take it over any other 2024 1/2 ton pickup truck. Not over my 21 TRD PRO though
🤣🤣 It's trash and all the other 1500 trucks are better. And your 21 is basically a 2014 with old ass technology.
@@atg1338 Old ass technology that quite possibly will last a million miles or more

Toyota should offer a factory lift for the Sequoia.
My biggest wish is that I could afford a tundra. At 40k a year, I'm fu($ed.....😭
You don't want one.

They are not putting a v8 in it... my god it's a v6 move on already you crybabies.

The smart choice? Lol not really with 100k engines being replaced with hopefully ones that dont blow up at low mileage.

@@user-tb7rn1il3qeven still the resale value takes a hit. Best bet is to keep these new generation Tundras for life.
