Adam, we'll said also👍 Andy does a great job with the details in his videos, if you don't have any dairy farming background or you do. My family has a small dairy and I've learned different things over the years watching Andy's videos.
Phenomenal work sir, I Love how your whole family is involved and how you all work together. I Love the fact that your daughters weld, and are very accomplished welders. Kids these days would benefit greatly being raised in an environment like yours. I live in Everett Pa and work in the Bakken oilfield in ND. I watch your videos while hauling production water at night. Thank You for your videos. Mark
All I can say now girls is it looks absolutely awesome. When I built something I got that feeling of accomplishment. My hat is off to you both. Great job well done.
Truck body looks good. You ladies did a great job with a "little" help from dad. You can be proud of yourselves and the example you are for other young ladies that are thinking about going into the trades. Bless you all
Way to go Andy I give you lots of credit for your great work but mostly that your girls are so productive and the rest of your family thanks again for including us
You guys make nice truck boxes. They look very well built too. I’d rather buy yohr box then most of the boxes from the big manufacturers. Great job girls and guys.
Don't know what's more impressive, your engineering skills, or the way you are raising your kids. Great job on both. I was a maint manager at a mfg company years ago. I had my crew build light ga sheet metal inverted "V" about 12-24" tall attached by 4 small tabs with sheet metal screws. Closed the open ends with expanded metal for cooling air flow. Couldn't put anything on the Miller's as it would slide right off.
Brilliant work Andy and Sarah, isn,t it lovely when ya can stand back and watch it work as intended. Now ya can put your stamp of approval on it so when everyone looks at they can say oh Andy made that, ( and Sarah). From Kilkenny. Ireland. Keep up the good work
The box is one major achievement, in my little world, and I'm glad to have watched it from beginning to end. The family is a great show and tell for "working together" at its best. So glad the wife and I saw it together, we loved it.
The young ladies are gaining valuable experience that will benefit them throughout their lifetime. You should be very proud of them. Thanks, I enjoyed the video.
I can tell that you are very proud of the box build but I having watched the whole process am proud that a father and a daughter built it. I must say that that you and Sarah make a fabulous father and daughter team and I'm glad that it's that way. I look forward to the next build. Thanks for taking these videos for us!
Mission accomplished. You have given your Kids so much to be proud of themselves for and talents that they will always have. The farm is in good hands.
Way to go Team Hourigan!!! Another nice job on the box! Alex and Sarah have such a beautiful smile. I hope to see more smiles! I know they are shy on camera and so modest but its ok to flaunt it when you got it. Lol! Take care guys! Be safe!
That project certainly shows EXCELLENT SKILLS by all involved. You can be EXTREMELY PROUD to have the company logo on the side of the box indicating what company built this AWESOME BOX.
Hey Andy ! Beautiful square, shinny , christmas light well around that box . Good job ! What i think Sarah good job for all the weld you did and everythings still straith and full light now , beautiful ! Thanks for your time Andy Hourigan the great and have a good day !
That tailgate door works real well, it is up, out of harms way while the load slips out. Definitely showing some real pride in the workpersonship that went into this project.
Great video and great build on the box Andy , you and Sarah did an awesome job! Better be careful, if Sarah gets to good with the camera , she may start her own channel! LOL.. Really enjoy watching you guys, and folks....... Thanks!
Hello Andy looks great. Funny when I was Andrew's age I shrugged my shoulders also It's a gesture that has several meanings lol. Have a great day all of you.
Sometimes you can use a plastic bag like a ballon to blow through the side rail with a string on it to pull the wire. This works really good with conduit and a shop vac to pull new wire.
Great looking box on that truck. Sarah is learning a skill that she will never lose. Andy you are a great teacher to all of your children. When Andrew starts into welding he needs a beanie let him pick one out, can’t wait to see it. Great videos never miss one.
Hey you have been putting out some good winter videos on welding. If I ever pull the trigger on making custom smoker / pig roaster I know who to call first
Hi Andy, you guys did a great job on that box! I'm going to be at the farm show Friday and Saturday, working at my company's booth, Noco energy. We are in the dairy building, right across from the oxbow merger. Hope to see you there!
You and your daughter did a awesome job building that box!! Y’all are very talented!! Love watching y’all on u tube!! Love to make a tour of y’all farm!!
In my next life, i want to grew up in a family like your´s! So much extremely interesting stuff to learn and do...and most important, being able to work with your family. I do not have a family, so i know what i´m talking about. It´s a real pleasure follow all of you along the way. Thank you for keep on keeping on, Andy and the rest of you marvellous ppl 👍
That silage box was as good and certainly better than any commercially available job. The folks you made that for must be a really good friend, they got a great deal. People at the show booth, generally only know VISA, Mastercard or cash, no technical stuff. lol
Starting to see a lot more trailers with turn and brake lights also on the top so vehicles behind the 1st can also see them. With all the traffic you have to deal with that might be something to consider.
Sarah gets to build the next one solo ! That box turned out nice I'm sure the customer will be thrilled. It might have taken you longer than one of the big manufacturers but I guarantee yours will last longer . You just can't beat hand made built to order American made products. Great video keep up the good work!
That's one nice looking box when it's all lit up should of had your made by sign led lit lol, well done to you all 👏 I would definitely look in to getting the holes milled out then sleeved an do away with the plastic bushings as I would think it should last longer and wear the pins rather than the hole and be cheaper to replace in the long run. Keep up the great videos guys 👍
Nice unit good job everyone you where saying the lights will last as long as the box i would say your box is going to outlast the truck you mounted it on
Andy, the final finishes on the dump box are very well done. You and the team work really well together! I've heard you mention several times in your videos that some parts/reparis might need a machine shop assistance. I watch "abom79" and he just bought a very nice lathe (a Precision Matthews TL-1660) for his new shop. You have 3 daughters and I'm sure there is an unknown talent among them, one that might be a machinist. Buy one like Adam's and I think you'll wonder, "how did we get along without a lathe and mill?" Probably pay for itself in 3-5 years. Just my 2 cent opinion!...lol
Well done ! Great job! Think you need to stick up another shed and call it the fabrication shop! Now that the next generation have shown themselves capable. Learning by doing is the best education. Now that the year is about to kick off again you'll be back to fixing almost full time again and won't have room to fabricate I dare say. Again congrats on a well built body and an excellent series of videos showing how you did it. Regards from Ireland
The girls are doing a bang up job. Man i wish i knew where i could find someone like your girls. Not afraid of doing some hard and dirty work on the farm. Everything is looking real nice. Hopefully this bed last longer than 6 years. Could they have sandblasted the old bed and given it some new paint around 3 years in
Andy, thank you for taking them time to do these videos.. I enjoy watching everyone of them.. 👍🇺🇲
Well said Steve. Also thank you for taking the time to explain things for those of us interested in learning new things and moving forward in life
Adam, we'll said also👍 Andy does a great job with the details in his videos, if you don't have any dairy farming background or you do. My family has a small dairy and I've learned different things over the years watching Andy's videos.
Thanks guys
I like Sarah more and more. Great job!! Have a good weekend folks.. 🍀❤️🇺🇸
"Come out pretty good." I would say so. Fantastic work. Better than any factory!!!!!!!!!
Phenomenal work sir, I Love how your whole family is involved and how you all work together. I Love the fact that your daughters weld, and are very accomplished welders. I'm impressed with that box. Well thought out. With you engineering and those ladies welding you really hot something.gotta get those kids talking.
Truck body looks good. You ladies did a great job with a "little" help from dad. You can be proud of yourselves and the example you are for other young ladies that are thinking about going into the trades. Bless you all

Good looking truck bed
Sarah did one hell of a job.. Hope you run in to Mr. Pandy ..

Really nice looking bed
Love the truck
Those young ladies are quite talented. You all did a great job on the box. They make a nice winter project. Hope you had fun at the farm show.
The box is one major achievement, in my little world, and I'm glad to have watched it from beginning to end. The family is a great show and tell for "working together" at its best. So glad the wife and I saw it together, we loved it.

And that's all folkssss ! All done , fine fabrication skills shown Andy and the crew
The body looks great. Besides running a Farm, you could set up a manufacturing company.
The young ladies are gaining valuable experience that will benefit them throughout their lifetime.
You should be very proud of them.
Thanks, I enjoyed the video.

Sarah seems to be getting use to the camera more as she doesn't run now when she sees Andy walking about with it lol
That project certainly shows EXCELLENT SKILLS by all involved.
You can be EXTREMELY PROUD to have the company logo on the side of the box indicating what company built this AWESOME BOX.

Nice job Andy. Your Truck body certainly shows up the KW Chassis frame. 👍 Catch the next
Chunk of cotton ball on the string helps blowing it through a channel, conduit etc.
love this FFF in production mode , increasing the farm income during the slack periods well done !
The tarp, lights and DOT reflective tape really make it look sharp with the black paint. 👍
The box came out nice. You have a well thought out system and it shows
That silage box was as good and certainly better than any commercially available job. The folks you made that for must be a really good friend, they got a great deal. People at the show booth, generally only know VISA, Mastercard or cash, no technical stuff. lol
Andy I really gotta send a high five to you and Sarah that box looks amazing well done
Great job Andy and young Ladies 👏👏👏👏
Andrew is getting so tall! Love the lights at night, great job!
@22:35 I usually call hydraulic connections a "50/50-80" 50% chance to have it connected wrong 80% of the time.
Starting to see a lot more trailers with turn and brake lights also on the top so vehicles behind the 1st can also see them. With all the traffic you have to deal with that might be something to consider.

Oh, use your hands when you talk & talk details as much as you want. We come here, to this channel, because of ANDY HOURIGAN & your family.
Nice job, Sarah and her assistant, Andy!
Hey Ole son , now that's a good looking box. Hat's off to ya. Love the videos and the details of every step along the way
Hope the customer fully appreciates the quality truck box you and Sarah built for him.
Sarah's enthusiasm for running the camera, it's about like mine driving thru these snow/freezing rain storms.
Fantastic job to all! Love the videos. Sarah did a great job welding!
Excellent job on the bed! I’ve really enjoyed watching this entire process and picked up a few tricks and tips along the way as well!
Great job to have completed. I’m sure they will be happy. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Bill
Exilent work Sarah and Andy. box looked great!
I saw the sparks flying in Sarah her hair when she was welding. I was like. Whel she is not scared at all. Great video as always take care.
Relax.
Looks awesome, obviously. Wouldn't expect anything else from your crew. Maybe Jered needs a cigar or something over there.
That's one nice looking box when it's all lit up should of had your made by sign led lit lol, well done to you all 👏
I would definitely look in to getting the holes milled out then sleeved an do away with the plastic bushings as I would think it should last longer and wear the pins rather than the hole and be cheaper to replace in the long run.
