    Delta deserves a good government, it has everything but yet the cities are nothing to write home about. Red sand everywhere. The only cities that do not have many of d rickshaws and shops on the major roads are Abuja and owerri, knock off those kiosk

    In southern Nigeria the most developed states are lagos,rivers,cross river and akwa ibom others are still in imagination mode

      Your thoughts though. Let's hear from others.

    • @gerardonochie3408
      @gerardonochie3408 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lagos is a slum. You sound like you have not travelled much outside Nigeria. It will also depend on what your definition of developed means. Go to parts of Lekki ph1, Victoria Island even Ikoyi in Lagos and you will think you would not even want to spend 1 naira to buy a land or property. Asaba is still the best place to live. Peaceful and there is money to be made if you keep your eyes open.....

    • @Zillion_bundle
      @Zillion_bundle 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes you are right but Lagos is slum

    • @giftfolique464
      @giftfolique464 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Lagos is just an over crowded slum with expensive fine houses. That's not development

    • @fxpirates
      @fxpirates 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It would have been better if you said the states with good roads, because development is far from Akwa Ibom. Cross has lost it. Good roads with nothing inside is development?

  • @nickssmoke6540
    @nickssmoke6540 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Asaba Actually is on the ⏩ lane of development, after 16 years of abandonment by the two previous administrations, and if better managed by this incoming administration asaba will rival any of the major cities and might surpassed them especially with coming of the asaba water front city that can be compared with banana island and the eco-atlantic city, but until then let keep our fingers crossed. 😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤

    • @YangaLife
      @YangaLife  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      If I may ask, the water front city is proposed to be located where?

    • @princewhite1541
      @princewhite1541 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The water front city is it government project or developers like estate?

    • @nickssmoke6540
      @nickssmoke6540 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@YangaLife, along the banks of the river Niger. It will be built on 351 hectares of reclaimed land which will filled to 3 cm to 9 cm in hight.

    • @nickssmoke6540
      @nickssmoke6540 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@princewhite1541, it is as the eco-atlantic city, it involves delta state government, asaba communities, and private investors.

    • @YangaLife

      @Nick, Probably, at the back of GIG motors I guess. Something like that was said years back. Even dredging commenced that time bu was abandoned.

      U guys hv come again with all these boasting and bragging uneducated characters, why dont u just praise the beautiful environment without talking trash, small time u will start crying of been hated by this or that people, this ur comment is wrong.

    • @ositamordi9799
      @ositamordi9799 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      There is nothing we don't see from these Anambra neighbors of ours. From Awka is more beautiful than Asaba (which is a fat lie) to most of the houses in Asaba being owned by Anambra people which is also baseless too. Your likes are the reason many people have issues with Ndigbo. And when it leads to negative reaction, it is your likes that will be first to complain of "hate" or accuse us of not being "Igbo". This is one reason many Anioma people will swear they are not Igbos.
      Asaba and indeed Anioma people are very peaceful, civilized and welcoming. We don't care who owns the houses as long as it brings development and anybody can buy and develop property from anywhere or anybody in the World. Our people are so different from our eastern kith and kin.Baseless pride and boasts is not part of our character. It is not as if we are less accomplished as a people compared to those of you in Anambra State. If you want to boast, divert it back to your Southeast states.
