You fish exactly how I used to Graham no spod rods no marker floats just Chuck your bait in sit back and enjoy the lovely environment.well done Graeme awesome videos everytime
You are such a massive inspiration if I wasn't a fisherman after watching this I'd be down the tackle shop then down the lake what a awesome session from a awesome person
I love the longer videos, your natural way of presenting the video is great. Showing where, why, what's happening around you and what you using accompanied with the highs and lows of the new adventure that's what I enjoy! Well done loved it.
The Americans use the words epic and awesome to the point of nausea. That session I just watched eclipsed my entire 50+ years fishing career! Epic? you bet. Awesome? TOTALLY. My heart felt congratulations to a true ambassador to the sport.
We are in the lock down because of this virus and I have started watching your clips Graeme. Really enjoy watching you fish as it has gave me and my son some tips for when we can get back fishing. Keep up the good work. I fished todber a lot when my dad was alive and my Dad loved the fishery. I have not fished Todber since the passing of my Dad and watching this video has given me the inspiration to take my son there so he can also enjoy the experience the magic Todber can give you.
Hi graham, given a lot of people watch TH-cam rather than normal tv these days,I'd personally say longer videos are great! Entertaining and fun! Keep them comin! 👍🏻🎣
Watching this as a beginner is enjoyable and giving me a better understanding of what I need to do. Watching you fishing takes me back to when as a kid I would watch Jack Hargreaves on telly. Sure you remember him but many youngsters probably wont.
I think dawn is a magical time Graeme, and im sure you agree, as with all the anglers, wonderful video, exciting calm, and the being out there, magic mate pure magic.
Who needs the crap on the telly when we can have entertainment like this. Love watching your vids Graeme. Pmsl 🤣 when you had a mouthful of the beans and had to watch it again. You are indeed an entertainer as nearly 300 k subs confirms.
Only just discovered this channel and it’s great 👍 washing up bottle lids for bobbins 😂 respect! No carp tax on them, graham is clearly a very experienced angler, I’ve learned a lot from this, thank you
Love these longer videos, keeps enticing me to go fishing more. Going on a weekend trip tomorrow hopefully some good luck will come from TAFishing videos haha
Thankyou guys for bringing us this super long video. Carp fishing in ponds and all that gear isn't something I can muster interest in but respect to those who enjoy it. There are carp in the Norfolk Broads somewhere maybe I'll track them down one day. Thankyou
Graeme, what can I say? Been tinkering with the idea of starting Carp fishing and having never done it before this video has made my mind up, I'm gonna do it!!! Excellent video Graeme, keep them coming!
Graeme best flim yet, loved it, this deserves an Oscar in 2018, loved the feature length video, hey wheres the old deck chair!!!! stardom going to your head ;-)
I love your videos, I havnt enjoyed watching any fishing videos as much since back early 90s of the series "A passion for angling" like them, you make me wanna go out and fish, what I enjoy the most is your back to basics no nonesence simple and classic tactics, that's where the pleasure of fishing really is. I'm hooked on your shows and even started watching some of ypur sea fishing, keep up your fantastic work, absolute pleasure to watch and very entertaining. Big thumbs up all the way from me... Tight lines
You must have honed your presentation skills on the stage Graham, Great explanations and filming. You crack me up with your whit and spontaniouse reactions. You're a genius. 🎣
I'm amazed you don't fall in sometimes Graeme. As to your original question, I definitely enjoy these longer videos, I've probably watched this one three times already.
I’ve been fishing since I was 7 and carp fishing from about 15 when floating crust was my favourite method. I’m 50 now and I still love my carping. I’ve had a few red letter sessions and I’ve struggled at times but that’s fishing and all part of the fun! Been watching your videos for a while now and I’ve been remembering how much I loved chubbing, perch and tench. I’ve had double figure tench on carp gear but it’s not the same and I don’t really count them because I’m fishing for carp. I’m actually thinking of getting back to how I started fishing if I can remember how lol. Anyway I just want to say thank you for relighting my fire 👍
You are an absolute Legend Sir!! The nappy changing mat!! 🤣😂🤣😂 I spat my coffee out ☕️ Unwell today and have been binge watching your channel all day 👌🏻 Look forward to shaking your hand one day, perhaps at Bury Hill one day 🎣
i've got all the books, you really spoil us with your youtube videos as well. My go to guy for anything i need to know on tactics, rigs & just general know how. You are the best Graeme :)
I've got to say I've really enjoyed watching TA fishing/outdoors for a while now and although I do really enjoy the humour I like it when they sit down and talk to the camera makes you feel that you are somewhat with them as you potter around and do things. The only problem I have in this video is that every time that alarm goes off I instinctively at the source of the bleeping to see if it's a run or now even though I'm not fishing!
Your videos are the best Graeme, I absolutely love watching them, you give so much inspiration for fishing especially on days when the fish aren't biting lol.
Haha. Never thought I'd see the day when I saw Graham in a mushroom. You looked like you were close to having a breakdown at one point there was that many fish! Brilliant video as always and great to see you doing some proper carp fishing. That camp bed didn't look to comfy btw.
I have had rats in my bivvy before a tip is to tie your rubbish up in a tree and keep your baits sealed up also a small radio on low with talk radio on also a night glow stick out side your bivvy door also a woollen hat on your nut and a scarf stop head aches I take my Staffordshire bull terrier fishing with me now keeps rats and weirdos a long the river bank well away fantastic vid with some funny bits thrown in love the channel!!!!!!
really enjoy the longer vids. . especially as you were so busy! carp after carp. . I also like the little comedy elements aswel. . very funny. . thing with carp fishing it can be very gear heavy and labour intensive. I got the feeling from the vid that you were working hard with hardly any food and no sleep. . your a soldier! Keep up the good work look forward to more
Graeme, this is your best video ever. You're a complete nutcase but you get it done my friend. Keep up the excellent work. I really like the longer video's as well.
Great video as usual.I remember night fishing back in the sixties big coat and an umbrella and a seat as you said no bait Alarms so never really went to sleep
Haha !...there's not many of us left who remember doing it...you have to laugh at some of the paraphanalia the modern carpers use now.(mind you I do when I get to go,steal most of it from Mike,I wouldn't buy it). I just did 20 hours on a beach overnight, trying to catch something...result..a steaming great BLANK !(other than weed)
TAFishing I have succumbed and bought a couple of carp rods but still use my split cane rod now and then with my Mitchell 301A do you remember when Fibre glass was all the rage still have 2 12 ft rods
i normally always give a like on your vids graeme. love your vids but you have become a legend to me for your eating the bugs as well line haha tickled me up. keep up the good work
I enjoyed making this one ,it really did go pretty smoothly and might be the best one I have made filming entirely on my own..and I have made a lot on my own. There are a couple more similar films on file, they will go up later in the spring I guess. The sunrise and mist were epic.
hi graeme, again an awesome vid. mikes probably told you but it looks like you didnt fasten the tension strap under the bivvy which gives it its height and shape and youll get less condensation if you open the rear vent if your trying to protect electrics.
I’m a saltwater fisherman on the other side of the pond in California. While I do prefer the fast lure fishing, once in a while I like to settle in on the bank and fish like this. With a tent, a small grill, and a couple of rods baited out while no one in sight. 👌
I quit and sold all my carp gear but now I'm so sorry I did cos I'd love to spend the weekend nightfishing with you Graeme thank you again for such enjoyment
@@Shagley sadly I needed the money for a deposit on a flat because I had nowhere to live I should of just used my bivvys and lived in the wild and fished forever
@@neilbuckard723 yeah i tried that when i had to escape a relationship that went sour. Trust me it’s not much fun sleeping out in minus weather for weeks on end. I love fishing but not that much lol
Once again great video. Even better cause todber manor is my favourite fishery. Tackle shop and staff are amazing. Lakes are some of the best keep around. Will be visiting next month. Booked to fish big hayes. Tight lines guys 🎣
Oh man, when you said "there's the enemy" I was drinking out of a bottle of coke. I had to laugh so hard that I spit most of the coke in mouth on my screen. It also came out of my nose. Well played, sir!
I remember my early carp fishing days with a plastic sheet over the brolly (we couldn’t afford a tarp). Later we progressed to a proper canvas bivvy cover over the brolly. If you was really posh you had a groundsheet too. The one thing I take away from this vide is this. If dear old Blighty ever finds itself coming up short for a hurdler in the athletics, they could do worse than pick our Graeme. Never have I seen such finesse as he hopped back and forth over those rods. Excellent stuff.
Remember the heron bite indicators Graeme? Then they brought out the leader box to it so you could reach it inside your brolley no bivvys back then you were lucky to have a umbrella we used polythene sheets hung over the bushes.we used to pack the leader box with cotton wool to keep the racket down the herons made them we're the days
Graham you are absolutely brilliant! I would love to have a fishing session with you it would be out of this world. I think we would laugh more than fish! Keep up the fantastic videos, I get hundreds of tips from you. Many thanks Graham!! 😉
great vid mate fantastic action. new to your channel and if only just started getting in to fishing. your videos are so helpful and I'm learning so much from woching u guys. keep the good work and thank you for the grate videos 👏👍
Graham.i I take my hat off to you. I am 65 and been fishing since I was14. But,I must say, boilies..? No, old school, every time. All these baits, rigs etc are just to make tackle companies richer. I just use pellet, bread and sweet corn . My pb is 22.5 lb keep it going mate. But have seen all your vids now, so time to do more. Am a total fan.
I just subbed I loved this video I hope you do more carp night fishing videos in the summer there so entertaining and because carp fishing is the most popular style of fishing in the uk people love them..!!!!!!!!
Not gonna lie only started watching the TA channel and love the vids already Graeme is a legend actually his randomness and seriousness mixed together is the ticket to an amazing video xD And I know it’s a old video but still

Fantastic video. Funny too. 1000 degree beans ! Love it. Lots of effort went into that, especially when you're dead tired. Nice one.
