Well I tell you....it came out really delishhhhhhhh. Thank you and Blessings to you and yours!

    Sir Gravy Master! Thank you for showing me how to make brown gravy without gravy master in the bottle! Don't get me wrong, everyone love my gravy, but I never actually pulled it off without that brown liquid in a bottle. A great great great tutorial! And I never thought of making a meal of chicken necks, and especially with my best friend in the kitchen, my crock pot. Now I've got a new meal idea from you. Thank you Sir Charley!

    I've never even thought about turkey necks but you make things look easy and good so, I gotta try this. Wonder'n if the roux will change the taste of the necks? Never had 'mashed' potato salad but, again, try'n something different is always good! I ran out of my short grain rice so I HAD to cook a bag of jasmine---it was on point!! Everything I've tried of yours turned out excellent--- and I'm sure this will also 👍. Thankx for sharing. The few who don't like smthg probably have BURNT tastebuds 😹😹

    • @CharlieTheCookAndrews
      @CharlieTheCookAndrews  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Jackie! The roux will not change the taste of the turkey necks! Not sure what the crossing out of the words was by accident. You're welcome!

      Charlie Andrews ~ phone is retarded ! I didn't cross out that sentence- would have underscored it if I could! Your recipes are the bomb - they don't turn out exactly the same for me cuz I'm not really a cook but with you and you tube I try best I can. Didn't have the necks so I followed your recipe but used pork bonez😋 in the slow cooker; woke up to amazing smells from the kitchen! Just NOW finished making your tater salad wuz 'smashing' 😹. As KC& the Sunshine band sings 🎵keep'um coming, don't stop🎵😋😋

    Hey Charlie, I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks,lol. The cooking of the necks in my slow cooker and the fact that I make the best roux as told to me by many others, made this my go to recipe for turkey necks! My wife and the neighbors gave it two thumbs up! I would love doing what you’re doing and make some cooking videos, keep it up! Thanks brother!
