    Thanks, Mary. Have participated in writer's conferences but have not made the connections necessary to publish. Recently, revisiting my children's stories in a covid climate, thanks for the tips and inspiration to navigate forward .

      Best of luck to you! Don't stress too much, don't think of this as an "end all, be all" moment, and try to maintain some of your personality. You're talking to another human being about something you're passionate about-your story.

    I"ve been visiting many literary agencies web sites and noticed 90% are women. Why is this industry lacking diversity?
