Simply gorgeous brad! Every single murano lamp in that so called " apartment " was beautiful. Worth every penny.

Hi Brad from Dublin, Ireland. Thank you for all your very informative videos and practical investment tips-you do an amusing job. My husband is from one hours drive south east of Rome but we also lived for 6 months in San Gimignano in 2006 and toured Tuscany in depth viewing properties while our 6 year old son went to school there. Tuscany is just pure medieval magic-nowhere like it. But then south east of Rome is less formal, great value and would love to see repopulation of the 100s of villages there - horses for courses.
    Thank you again!

Thanks for the kind words. This area southeast of Rome has been growing on me. You may have seen some videos I did on large palaces. And the towns aren’t depopulated, the hilltop towns to definitely have an older skew to the demographics, but the ones I’ve been in are still in great shape. I had a great seafood dinner and a very fun time in Sora the other day when I was down there filming. Very lively town and I featured a clip of it in the upcoming video posting this weekend about a 15,000 square-foot palace. Thanks a lot for watching, and all the kind words again!

Spectacular palace. I would get lost in all those humungous rooms.

Stunning!!! One million euro is a lot for no terrace or green space but it is beautiful! Amy from MN

      Hey Amy!
Yeah, I just show them so doesn’t mean I think they are priced right! 🤑
But it was nice inside. Wifey doesn’t usually get all “I could live here”! 🤣😬

Really quiet considering it’s in the middle of town. Beautiful place. Cheers🍷

It really is! I’m not sure about the Price vs. Place, Siena is soooo expensive. But it was in top condition.

Not a fan of the tiny kitchens. I'd need to break the wall out and expand substantially......

    Who’s wine are you drinking?

Being that it’s 6am on the farm here and without coffee yet, I thought you meant like I’m drunk because the apartment featured was €1.4M 🤣🤣
I Cipressi (the cypress trees) is a local family owned winery. They make about 30,000 bottles a year. Great people and great wine!

    I’ll take your $700/month rental w/land.😉

Heard that! I am just finishing trimming out 100 olive trees that you could see in the video when I drove up to the rental house. The gentleman that owns this huge farm hasn’t been taking care of them for many years. It’s so peaceful out here, I’m just having my morning coffee right now and you can’t hear a thing other than the wind in the trees and some rustling from animals. 🥰
