H/H match update: Avery Schreiber returns for his fourth Match Game week, so he's becoming a familiar face, but he hasn't yet been chosen by a contestant for the big-money head-to-head match. And Kate Jackson makes her MG debut this week. Sadly, she only returns once (in '76 for episodes 656-660). Our three regulars, along with semi-regular Fannie Flagg, all have well-established track records in the H/H match. Let's see who gets chosen this week... ... and the weeks kicks off with Richard earning his 101st H/H match. Here's the updated leader board showing the 11 celebs with at least 3 H/H matches, ranked by accuracy: Orson Bean - 100% (3 wins in 3 attempts). Gary Burghoff - 83.3% (5 wins in 6 attempts). TIE: Jo Anne Worley - 75% (3 wins in 4 attempts). TIE: Joyce Bulifant - 75% (3 wins in 4 attempts). Fannie - 50% (9 wins in 18 attempts). Betty - 48.4% (15 wins in 31 attempts). It's cute that your niece looks like Kate and has her mannerisms. I always loved Kate's beauty, talent, charisma and her mannerisms. She definitely was special and not some dull Barbie. Always Team Kate :-)

@@sdlively27 Kate had lovely, playful shoulder length hair on Charlie's Angels. I loved her because she was no Barbie doll like the other angels. She was special.
Fanny said that Kate Jackson was from Alabama, that is not true! I know for a fact she’s from Memphis, Tennessee, because her dad was my gynecologist. And he had a picture of her in his office, and I asked him do you know Kate Jackson and he said that’s my daughter. And very proud of her also he said.
When BRETT gets drunk, she always tries NOT TO MATCH THE CONTESTANTS! Thinking that she’s being funny when she’s not. But, when it comes time for the head to Head match she does an excellent job!
Kate wore a lot of tight stuff. Her in tight bell bottoms and T-shirts. Sexy! Kate was not conservative she just didn't want to be a sex symbol but wanted to be taken seriously as an actress. She was a terrific actress and had co-created Charlie's Angels: the show's name, the winning concept were Kate's ideas. However, Aaron Spelling turned it into a T&A show instead of a crime show with some depth. Kate rebelled against it by not wearing bikinis.
I am guessing Kate Jackson told him to stay away or he knew already not to mess with her.. ;0) He seems to stay away from some and then kiss others at time.. ;0)
@THE AVERAGE BEAR Hmm you might be right but I think that was the only time that week? I not sure, I seemed alot of episodes since this one and they all starting to run together.. ;0) Sorry for the delay response..

Okay, someone explain this to me. How come "bit" and "ate" is a match, but "bit" and "swallowed" is not? You can certainly bite something without swallowing it, but try eating something without swallowing it! Ira screwed up, and they owe Oliver another match.
As it turns out, he would have lost anyway, because of that terrible "meatball" question. What were the writers after there? Anyway, I'm glad Oliver won so much money, $16,000 dollars was a fortune in 1975. Pay those bills off, put the down payment of the house, and still have some left over!
Oliver is one my favorites, and one of the panelists' favorite too it seems! So decent, dignified and intelligent.
Kate Jackson was great on this episode of Match Game 75
Fannie's answer at the end that a meat ball was a "formal dance" was so funny!

Kate is such a stunningly beautiful lady
I was thinking the same thing. 🙂
Very classy woman. My fave "Angel".
Kate is adorable here. She reminds me a lot of my 16 year old niece. Same looks and slightly awkward mannerisms.
