    Really nice layout! Love the large windows, the bathroom layouts, and the thoughtful idea of hanging the shelf lower in the kids bdrm.

    huh. your electrical codes must be dif there, as here in BC, an island that long is required to have a plug on Both ends. Great value in that home. 👍

      Depends on the lot you choose in these newer communities. Zero lot lines are common however there are some conventional lots still available in North West Calgary right now.
