This is really helpful to me bc I have two herniated discs so twisting too much can hurt me, but this exercise is focused more on the tension than actually twisting
This now one of my new favorite ab workouts. And yep, it def brings the six pack out. Lots of coworkers, family and friends have noticed I lost weight in my core. Thanks!
Hi am from India I love your videos... Q : how i complete my protein intake, I cannot afford whey protein supplement although I am non veg but I eat non veg only 2 to 3 times in a week.. so please help out ... My protein requirement is around 130 gm

You can't "bring out" muscles via this way. You can only gain muscle in the area over a length of time and drop bodyfat to reveal the abs.
Was only doing cable choppers as direct oblique work, will implement this and see how it goes.

Chicken, Fish, Beef are all great sources of protein. I don't consume protein supplements I get it all from whole foods.

Yeah bro, you gotta go high reps low weight on these. I put a 10 on the Olympic bar and go for 20 reps each side 3 or 4 sets should be gold
