- OK team, we’ve got a great dumbbell complex for you to try today! Get after this one…
Directions: complete 7 reps on each exercise without rest or putting down the weights. After you complete all 4 exercises, set the dumbbells down and rest for 5-10 seconds. Then start at the top and do 6 reps. Then 5. 4, 3, 2, 1!
1️⃣ Overhead Press
2️⃣ DB Row
3️⃣ Front Squat
4️⃣ RDL

Wrong breathing technique,you should breathe out when you do the harder part of the exercise. For example,during squat,exhale when you go up.
For some reason i breathe same as this girl. It just feels wrong when i do as you say.
Total ripoff from AthleanX's fully body db complex workout. This is the exact same workout. Try to have some originality or give credit where credit is due.
