Complete 30-seconds ON, 15-seconds REST for 2 rounds on the exercises below:
1) DB Overhead Press
2) Pushups
3) Toe Touches
4) Hip Ups
5) DB Row
6) DB Bicep Curl
7) In-n-Outs
8) Reach Forward Planks
