Hummm.. I've been doing standing shoulder press exercises in the "Anterior Pelvic Tilt" form. My lower back would start to feel a little pain. Next time I go to the gym I'll try the "Posterior Pelvic Tilt" form to see if the lower back pain is mitigated. This is the first video I've seen that recommends the "Posterior Pelvic Tilt" for any exercise. Thanks for presenting!
