Great Video guys! Toys R Us for sure but don't forget they also had Pop In A Box as a main online distributor for the longest time till they pulled out. You think Funko will let Canada participate in Funko Fun Days and stuff now like the pirate voyager box they had not long ago.
Heard about this from Tristan yesterday. I don't know how often I'll use it, but it is very exciting news. As far as the items and features currently missing from the Canada site, I would give them a b it of a grace period to roll everything over, but we'll see.
I made an order yesterday as soon as I finished watching Top Pops' video. Even "common" Pops are hard to get here for a good price. Amazon prices are insane and the selection at GameStop is getting pretty sad. I bought a couple of Friends Pops and a few items on sale (Jean Beliveau, for my Montreal Canadiens collection).
Amazon ships a lot of damaged crap too. I’ve had to return 5 Pops on 3 orders over 2 years, so they are consistently crap. I received at least as many good quality ones but I’ve never had any vendor so bad - not even eBay as a whole
I agree what you guys said about your pros and cons but I think Funko is doing this because yes a lot of each other is a pulling out in Canada like sunrise records, Toys “R” Us at Walmart maybe but at least we get access to pop yourself and some of the Funko shop exclusives
Is it possible that TOYS R US had an exclusive Canada distribution contract which prevented Funko from shipping directly to Canadian buyers? So now that TOYS R US is no longer a seller then maybe that's what opened up the direct sales to Canadians?
Big question is would Funko still be sending? Con pops. To GameStop in Canada or is it just gonna be on the Funko shop for Canadians when like San Diego or New York or C2 E2 drops by would we be seeing any of them still going to GameStop on con that’s the question you should be asking
well as funko stated on the site, some pops will not be able to ship to canada because of licensing.....so i am guessing all the good stuff lol, honestly if they were smart and opened a branch in canada they would make so much money and we collectors would be happy but i guess its too simple of a solution???
I'm not to thrilled that the prices are in USD and not CAD. Yay for flat shipping, but that's in USD too. Add on duty and taxes that's USD too and then at the end you have to still convert everything to Canadian. Great for those who want to order from Funko directly, but I'm probably not going to myself.
Guess Funko doesn't hate Canada anymore lol! But if we dont get the same drops as our Americans cousins we still be in the same boat, second class collectors! At the end of the day no one Services Canada Better than KDog and Fish! FPP!
Let me ask. Funko now ships to Canada. You own a business that sells Funko products. That helps or hurt your business. By the way if my fiancé and I will visit your place so I take a picture lol. No seriously
Please let us know when you’re visiting and we will absolutely take a picture 😎 We are happy funko is shipping to Canada, we spend so much on importing exclusives lol!
I'm sorry but it's just not worth it for me. You have to add 40% exchange rate on the USD price, $10 USD shipping is $14 CAD plus import fees of $10 CAD approx.
I trust you guys with my funko pops. I think this is great for canada for sure but i will keep shopping with you guys 🍻
And I totally agree, man because if you order from the Funko shop, it’s a 50-50 chance it might come in damage or mint
@@GumpoPops thank you good sir! We appreciate all of you very much ☺️
They should make a Blame Canada South Park pack 😂 for Canada with Kyle’s mom holding a sign that says Mothers Against Canada.

I know right it took over what over a decade,
We do hold good grudges. Canada says to someone - remember back 40 years ago, we are still made at that, lol

Dont worry Tristan will get a funko store built in Canada 😅
I was able to do a Pop Yourself on the new “Funko Canada” site, and it’s on that way to me!
How about a canadian only exclusive of Terry Fox 🏃♂️

Funko doesn’t ship pops very well to Americans so I would be worried about shipping cross boarder🤔
