Excellent show. I have been a collector since I was little and kept it going into adulthood. It started with baseball card and pez dispensers. Now it still involves pez and funko but also contains abominable toys, mischief toys, youtooz, handmade by robots, books, and movies
My fiancé & I have 226 Funkos left in our inventory. We are completely phasing them out. They are dying out here in where we live and at the toy markets. Most likely take this year to sell them all. Good riddance.
Great video! I also have a Star Wars collection ( Black Series, POTF2, and vintage Kenner). I have a framed Tom Jung “Star Wars” poster, a vintage Kenner landspeeder, and a mint on card POTF2 “Jaba’s Prisoner” Princess Leia. When I was a teenager, I had a 1992 Olympic “Dream Team” poster with Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Charles Barkley, etc.
My brother had many of the Star Wars figures from the early 80s! I'm sure he regrets getting rid of them, lol! As for me, I have a large collection of vintage My Little Pony (like more than 300), including ultra-rares made by toy companies in other countries that had licenses to make the toys in the 80s. I also have quite a few customs. I also collect nail polish, as weird as that might seem to two guys, lol! I have over a thousand bottles, about a fourth of which are from boutique brands and artisans (indie polish makers). Other than that, I have tons of books (including the Wheel of Time series, which qualifies as a collection in itself!), some Lego (including the original sets from the first two Harry Potter movies) and a lot of sheet music (mostly for piano, some for flute).
I’ve basically moved away from collecting Funko, except for a few lines. Okay, so I collect autographed funko but that’s not the same thing. I love how fun it is to display autographs on them - especially multiple autos on the same pop. Jason Lee signed my golden Mooby with “Picklefucker” and I’ll love him forever for it. (A friend of mine got him to sign it and when she asked him to write it, he laughed his ass off.)

Fun to see some other collectables for sure. My other collectables are hockey cards (Since 1990 when those great Pro Set cards came out, lol) and game used hockey jerseys. I do like Lego there are a few sets that would be cool, just not sure where I would put them. Would love the DeLorean for sure. Looked at it but did not get it, maybe one day. Those new South Park ones are cool. All are like EE exclusives. Have a few of the South Park ones already.

Biggest collection is Funko 2K+, the kitchen pantry is filled with Gundams & Legos, the whole kitchen island is now Legoland with Hogwarts Castle 🏰 Rollercoaster 🎢 and other Legos with the Lego train 🚆station going around the island, one wall is filled with Be@brick and the other wall is filled with Kaws, HotToys, figures of all sorts, baseball cards and others, I did get the AT-AT Lego that is still in the box and I got the display case for the Millennium Falcon but afraid to move it from the other spot cause too big & heavy 😬😬 and more stuff everywhere in the house to mention 🤗🤗👍😎

I also collect old school Kenner and still have all my original stuff from when I was a kid. Still have all my GI Joe Masters MASK and Transformers stuff
I still have my Jordan 11s I wore to prom in high school but that's the only pair I have. I have been teaching my son that there's a huge world of collectibles out there. We have a huge Star wars collection as well from old school to legos. We just got the C-P3O lego for Christmass and been building since 2018 when he loved Mario Bros sets at 4, but now into a lot of better sets. The Death Star is on our radar as well but the price is a little scary. I know it's Anime but the One Piece Disectibles by Mighty Jack are awesome and we just opened some 100% soft today and he really like it. I like Super 7 stuff too its different and all over the place. Awesome video, so cool to see all your stuff glad to see such a variety of stuff.

Happy New Year’s! I was super excited when you announced a Jem and the Holograms, plus all the John Hughes Funko’s that will be coming out, but I have cut back! I used to also collect physical media, I have a large DVD collection, including a lot of Kevin Smith (his movie Vulgar is so disturbing). My favorite card collection is Elvira Mistress of the Omnichrome, but I'm still missing a couple of the specialty cards. Great show, guy's!

I have one pair of Jordans that are Spizike Houston Oilers which i got because i loved the look and colour of them 😊

My 2025 resolution is to move away from Funko collecting. I've collected Funko for over a decade, and I still love Pops, but the company has been going in a real disappointing direction. I plan on primarily collecting Lego, and focusing on original figures from companies like Super Plastic, Abominable Toys, Mischief Toys, and 100% soft.
Lego is incredible but the only thing now is price and quality just going in the wrong direction recently. It’s just bad for the fan base and could eventually (if not already) decline their sales.
My original star wars figures do not look like yours. All the arms and legs are loose and all the weapons missing. I beat the crap out of them. They were buried in sand, swam in the bath, thrown down the stairs. The Luke Skywalker with the glove, the glove hand broke off. I got some serious mileage playing with them as a kid. I still have them, buried somewhere in the attic of my parent's house. There's a pretty banged up Millennium Falcon up there somewhere too. Good times. Edit - also it's funny how we refer to them as retro toys now, because they were just our toys. Makes me feel old. I also had a lot of Masters of the Universe stuff. Thundercats, Marshall Bravestar, M.A.S.K., GI Joe, Transformers, Matchbox Cars, Micro Machines and although 90s rather than 80s, the original TMNT figures. Someone stole my Michelangelo though.
Interesting , i myself collect Funko and Neca figures but i dont know ..... Funko is not what it used to be and im really hanging on a thread if i should sell most of my collections , dont get me wrong yes its about that you love collecting not money i understand , but i cant just sit there when my pops are losing value .... i would really like to hear your opinion if the market in ur opinion is just gonna keep going low or if its gonna come back like it used to be because lots of my friends literally struggle to sell their funko pops and it just aint selling
We are really hoping it does, but they need to change a lot of things, go back to the basics! Do you really cool figures and don’t oversaturate the market.

I think the video is great as always, but for me other than Funko, I collect movie TV shows for my DVD collection of the Arrowverse and any other TV show that I’m into I also do model kits that I collect. I also just started collecting one piece scroll art but I’m working on a South Park collection
I'm starting to slowly move away from funko unless it's a line I really enjoy or will get autograph on it. So probably will diminish my collection more and more. I prefer certain Legos, statues, mischief toys, amd jimmy figure and youtooz
