    It is said that Vivaldi composed 1 concerto 600 times. While I believe this to be accurate, this interpretation can make me almost have fun with this.

    What i wouldn't give to play a baroque violin like that and know the string setup and rosin. Sound is so unique.

      For me it it’s way to slow...
      Compared to Onifori‘s interpretation the chords of the solo violin after the repetition don‘t enlighten such a fire in my heart. They feel like appegio but in my opinion they should feel like fast melody flowing into chords

      Felix Schreyer research has shown that most pieces are played faster than in recordings 50 years ago; l don’t expect they were played very fast in Vivaldi’s day when the pace of life was much slower
