I've dealt with anxiety since I was young and was thrown into the abyss during my teenage years. I didn't understand anything about myself, couldn't deal with anything emotionally, and was completely lost. In time I was able to put most of it out of my mind without actually dealing with it and continued on with life, until a little over a year ago when it hit an all time high again and my relationship of 3 years ended shortly after. Back into the abyss I went, but deeper this time. I struggled with work, school, and everything personal. With time and some help from others, I started climbing out. Slowly at first. Then more and more quickly. When I climbed back into the world, it was like seeing it for the first time. I understood myself so much better. I realized, like in one of Preston's other videos, ITS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY. We grow because of the hard times and the failures, so embrace them like no other. my testimony? i came from the fucking BOTTOM, vibrationally (or mentally) speaking. i had the darkest most deepest anxiety and depression i have ever even heard about really...anxiety so deep i couldn't hold a convo with my own family. but knowing what i know about vibration eventually catapulted me into the highest place ive ever been. so it may take time, and it may take A LOT of experience until you fully beleive this 100 percent. so look for ways in which this is true because it is and to know it is one pf the greatest gifts you will ever have. :) much love thank you preston

However when I affirm the message of this video I started to see my life change. I'm homeless but I have already confirmation to be housed and I have had two cars and one is a Benz I started attracting higher vibration right away. Now personally for me I quantum leap 3D to 5D and so on which means I learn easily how to apply these laws to my soul for others I say keep pushing once you change your feeling you change your perspective and once you change your perspective you change your universe. 🤔😏
