I always thought that English Teachers didn't work on Sundays .. But when I turned my Chromecast on I understood that I was wrong.. Some English Teachers work even on Sunday...which I've found very rewarding. Thanks so much for your dedication, keep on posting and Greetings from Spain 👍

In the midst of these difficult circumstances that the whole world is going through, it seems that we are forced to steal moments of spontaneous happiness, which, if they multiply and increase, may lead to wasting a lot of our time. Therefore, organizing times for spontaneity and randomness, which is called "boxing time", seems theoretically beautiful and effective, but it is unrealistic. I really wish it could become a reality, but we face moments of frustration, work, and thinking that increase in the face of a single moment of spontaneous happiness. For my part, I love order, but I cannot suppress my feeling of spontaneous happiness if it comes. Thank you, teacher Gid for the wonderful article that sparked my thinking...have a nice day 😊

First and foremost we have to distinguish between two : taking a break from the daily routine and spontaneous actions.
In my mind spontaneous actions are completely full choise in a short time before. Let's say you always would've regret if you are not comfortable with.
For me, The stress of preparing and prethinking about the future aren't there when it comes to spontaneity. "In my own pace". That being said, everyone needs day off or fixed time for himself and his family to get some energy to move on.
    Afterwards we are not robotics.
Finally you have to listen now the song "Hurricane" by Eden Golden" that will has played on the Eurovision 2024 stage (She will represent the state of Israel). There are some beautiful sentences are related to this topic. Have a good one! ❤

Hi, I'm so grateful for sharing this article with us, it was amazing. Based on what I got from this article, I'm watching your video spontaneously, lol _because I was tired of studying university lessons and then I decided to relax today and watch TH-cam videos. I agree with the idea that doing things spontaneously needs time boxing _ by Timeboxing probably finding free time in our life will increase and then we can do something out of the blue.

Spontaneity is never sought, it is something that emerges, and the more it is sought, the less authentic it seems to be. By the way, copying the best ones is a big deal.

Why is it that on numerous occasions, when I seek an answer to a pertinent question, your subsequent episode appears to address or resolve it? It's akin to synchronisation or recalibration. Regrettably, I have not felt inclined to immerse myself in English over the past decades, except for when I encountered your channel fortunately.
Was it mere coincidence, or did you appear conveniently?
Regardless, it was "Top Gear" with the trio of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May who introduced me to English culture. I recall writing a report about the show, and someone with distribution rights asked to purchase the copyright of my report for business use, yet I provided it for free.
It's intriguing how memories from decades past resurface once more!
Did you know that "akin" appears to be closely related to an Arabic word, "Ka’anna - كأنّ," which means "looks like" or "similar"?

    • @gsl-english
