Who else is confused about how to enter? Seems only a handful of states are even eligible, most aren't even states that host cup series races. Website just says "eligible states will host contest and second chance drawings". No description of what, where, or when for contest. And if the person whom wins the second chance drawing isn't watching the race AH Hell I don't even care anymore @ this point.
