Remember guys, don’t study to get the highest mark but study to understand. It will improve long term memory and you won’t be depressed or disappointed when you don’t get top marks. It’s something this guy forgot so specify.
Facts. You will remember more as well as getting the big picture understanding which will give you the foundation to answer all questions of different variations. As well as giving it a purpose where you won't feel that what you're learning is pointless.
He didn't forgot it,he simply is talking about how to be the best ACADEMICALLY ,and so for that you need to score high marks he said " academic weapon translates to being good at exam it doesn't mean who's the most intelligent " If you want to be an academic weapon then you just not only need to understand but also score high 😊
1. PLAN: Create your study plan, what are you going to study, when, for how many hours etc... 2. STRATEGY: Revise with practice questions following the plan, answering in bullet point form 3. DAY PREVIOUS EXAM: The day previous exam you will do a practice test, to test yourself if you know it.
goshhh thank u for this! this is amazing advice laid out perfectly with a proper schedule. im so tired of clicking on videos about academics and hearing the same "consistency is key" "Discipline" advice, hear me when i say watching this was so refreshing. thank u fr bro
0:17 Day 1: SCHEDULE UP THE WEEK If u dunno what to do then u wont even do it Day 2 : IMPLEMENT continuously 1:43 Day 3 Notes to be made - ONLY by REVISION 2:21 day 4 : Harder topic (makes other topics easy) Day 5 : Hardest Topic 3:15 Day 6 Test urself on everything u studied that week

Day 4- (medium classes) repeat day 3 with classes you feel so-so on. Day 5- (hardest courses) Repeat days 3 & 4 with your HARDEST subject. Day 6- Practice test on all subjects. Day 7- Test day.
I didn't get it. How to study directly by practice questions? Without first reading the notes.. ?Can u elaborate what he said for day 2,3,4.. I didn't get it
From my understanding, you're supposed to read the notes all the notes you've taken so far. Day 3 is sumerizing these notes, make sure you study questions you know you will be tested on. (Work smarter not harder) :)@@CHAMP4428
@@CHAMP4428the way you can do it is approach the questions with atleast some understanding of the topic then get round to learning from the answers provided in the mark scheme and if you don’t still understand it, use notes this helps narrow down to things you don’t actually know then make bullet points of those answers(be it a bit more detailed to help yourself understand the next time you come back to it or just as is). This is for day 3. Hope that helps!
from a less than average middle schooler to a top highschool student, its all in your mindset. No one can push you harder than yourself. You have it all in you already just use that motivation to get better grades

Thanks for the video! I'm gonna use this method to study for my midterms and I'll update you guys when it's finally done. I've got about a month so I'm pretty sure I have all the time I need (I have 9 subjects to cover though). So the goal is to get 90+. I'll see you when I get there. PS- If I haven't updated you guys before the end of september (They take time to mark the papers okay ;)), you'll know what happened.... So hopefully I will. Nah, I'm sure I'm gonna be able to do it. See ya got a lot of work to doo
I love this video! ❤ the only thing i don't agree with tho, is that your saying "its all about highest marks." or "It's all about the exam." I think school and studying is all about what you get from it for the furture...
Man I don't have local libraries and my school won't accept students inside it unless you the son/daughter of a teacher... At home I get distracted with my siblings, the phone and games, what do I do??????? My current choice is by smashing my phone.
Hi! I would suggest investing in noise canceling headphones for your siblings, and completely shut off your phone and give it to a parent or sibling. You might also want to experiment with your environment - opening a window, cleaning up, less/more light. Overall, You want to spot yourself whenever you notice you’re going off-track. For study techniques if your attention span is short like mine, I’d suggest the Pomodoro Technique, Feynman Technique, and like-minded approaches. I hope this helps! Goodluck my friend :)
I agree with a lot but disagree that you HAVE to get out of the house in order to focus better. That's true for many people, but not everyone. There are some people who focus much better at home.
This is exactly the case for me. I can't even focus on studying even when the library is completely silent because i just can't focus when there's people around. I feel much more at ease in my own room and are actually able to lock in while studying. Don't mention that sometimes i need to recite out loud the materials i'm studying and walk around in my room to help me memorise, which are really rude actions to be done in public places😂
personally id not spend an entire day scheduling, try create a rough scehdule within 30-60 mins, do a mix of hard and easier stuff each day and start by tackling the hardest stuff
Thanks this us what I need now, but I have a question what do you do when you don't have environment with library, you are only limited to your house ? Please reply
i guess just don't make your study space the same area you relax. i usually study sitting on the floor(cause chairs gave me back pain and i like the space i have) but i don't usually relax there. it makes you change your mindset and condition your brain into making one area about something and another area about something else, like how you wouldn't have an english lesson in a science lab.
so i have a resit exam on Thursday because i missed up and i never did good in math and i still dont understand anything i need some advice on how to study and understand math cuz its really messing up my gba and im trying to graduate with honours😭😭😭😭

Is this only for one subject or multiple subjects, like I have 11 different subjects to revise and I have only one week left for the exam , what to do to finish all this
honestly same. what I'm going to do is calculate how much time I'm gonna be studying in and just divide it into periods to study every subject in in the same day
