FYI Malaysia malls have copycat Singapore & they been behind SG for so many decades, vy common to find super malls in singapore with many things to do, the idea actually stole from singapore as Sg alrdy became developed country in early 1990s & malaysia still struggling to become developed country even till today. Things that youtubers miss , shadock , otak , dodol , kaya in a jam jar , wukok from the dim sum's( stuffed yam fritter) , whole chicken cooked in a heap of salt , curry fish head. Cham ( coffee/tea) tarik if you like. Neslo ( Nescafe/Milo) , bubur kacang ( groundnut poridge) , bobochacha at the abc's( ais kacang)( yam poridge in coconut milk w/sweet potato)( eats like cendol)

The hotel is very understandable. The only gambling license in a secular muslim country is such a huge deal and the location of the hotel is so obscure, it would be stupid to not build as big as you can. You won't get another chance to expand your hotel after all, it's just not feasible.

Heck, they are so focused on their fellow malaysians that they forgot about international students. I feel isolated in my classrooms as i am one of the few internationals in my class.

Here's a simplified list of the places/building mentioned in the video in case you wanna come and take a real look and walk around in M'sia. 1. Merdeka 118, still not opened yet but it's cool to look from a distance, you can have a great look of it from a shopping mall called Lalaport at their rooftop garden though. 2. Pavilion Bukit Bintang, probably one of the biggest Shopping District in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You can find most of the big brands, luxury items and more cool stuff here and I would say it takes at least one day for you to go through all of the shopping malls there. 3. Berjaya Times Square, located near Pavilion Bukit Bintang, this mall have smaller stores that sells stuff that's not so expensive, but the main attraction here is there's literally an indoor theme park here to play with. 4. KL Tower, This tower is one of the M'sia Iconic building since the old times, there's cool restaurants up there for you to enjoy a great meal with a fantastic view. And at night, this tower gonna have some colourful lights up there. 5. KLCC, another classic iconic building of M'sia, so we got tons of stuff here including another giant shopping mall called Suria KLCC, the KLCC Aquaria, and a big park with fountain that would have some cool performance at night. And the KL Convention Centre is here too where sometimes big events like Uncle Roger's World Tour Comedy Show are held in here. These are all the places located in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, and there's much more cool places you can find here. And the public transport here is convenient as there's buses, LRT and Train if you wanna travel to here from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Proud to say that Kuala Lumpur can be a cool place to come and have a vacation as a Malaysian. *Do help me add on in case I miss anything XD

As a Malaysian, yeah ngl when I first saw Berjaya Tomes Square (The mall with that indoor roller coaster), I was shook and kinda proud. That place has stores and restaurants, bowling alley, arcade, archery range. AND its a major bus stop, right in the middle of KL next to a train station system that can take you anywhere around KL or out of it.
Tall buildings and shopping malls are every where in the developed countries. However, the hospitality and friendliness of the Malaysians are the best in the world.
Look at that staircase in shopping mall, truly understood when a friend of mine sharing her 'me time' without shopping 😅😆 a creative way of a mum with a nice dress just to workout 😉
We Malaysians love our shopping malls because there’s aircond inside.
and of coz we r driven by consumerism and capitalist mindset. where else to spend ur hard earned money than at a place cold and cozy and cuddling
