    forget it, everywhere people are sure having seen a cougar in france, a lion en poland or a thylacine...but even first cases is more possible, thylacines can not get hundreds of years old and in those times of being extinguished there should have been several hundreds of them around to maintain its species without suffering and dying finally from incest... ;) but people are crazy and of course it is a nice tourist atraction for most people who dont know about biology of our animals

    I thought i seen a tassie tiger in east Gippsland, i even took a photo of it . I came around a corner of a walking track and about 30 feet away standing under a tree was what i thought a tassie tiger . I had a camera in my hand, so took a photo. We both stood there in shock for a couple of surprised seconds . Then the tassie tiger took off. As it came out from under the shade of the tree, it turned into a dingo and disappeared into the bush. I was stunned. What i worked out later after looking at the photo, it was the shadows from the tree leaves casting on the flank of the dingo that made it look like a tassie tiger. It sure fooled me for a couple of seconds. I showed my grandmother the photo and it fooled her. When i explained the lines were shadows she wouldn't believe me. I wish i had one of these modern phones so i could have taken a video as it ran out from under the tree. True story. 😊🌏

    Sorry Gary Archer but how many panthers have been hit by cars or had their photos taken.
    Well panthers are in Australia because l had a really really good look at one.
    And l believe many Tasmanian tiger sightings are not reported because like me they don't want the ridicule that comes with it

    • @pommiebears
      @pommiebears 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      There are panthers in Britain too. Lots of them. The “beast of Bodmin moor” is a big cat. When big cat ownership was made illegal in the early 80’s, owners released their big cats, and the panther has thrived. So, I should definitely think it’s happened in Australia too.

      if people understood how wide and empty of people Australia really is even the rain forests of NSW, I have been up and down the eastern side of the country and into the centre and there is more than enough room for them to hide and most Australians let alone anyone else does not spend close to enough time in the bush and outback to know what is out there, and when someone does say they saw something what happens, so called "smart people from the cities and major towns" assume they are dumb country people, even western Victoria has a panther legend .
      it's possible that the Thylacine is still out there.

    Far too many sightings for the so called "Experts", whose thinking has grown so narrow that they cannot see beyond their own stale, out of date thinking. Not willing to believe that their own thinking and beliefs are flawed. Easy for the rest of the world to see (from the evidence), that they actually do and continue to breed and exist. Great show as usual.

    1:18 "the jungles of Byron Bay" ROFLMAO, as funny as that is to me I mean no offence, but clearly the narrator has never been to the area.

    Technically, the last tiger on record died in 1936 as it froze to death.It takes 50 years afterwards to become regarded extinct. So it was in 1986 that this animal was actually considered extinct. If you're going to make a crappy click bait video, at least get some facts right. Can't watch anymore, clicking off. 🐅

    I also have a sparck of hope they survive somehow, but not even one carcass or bone younger than 5000 years is ever been find.I know , Australlia is a wast country and underpoppulated but still whit modern tehnology and survalence and all this fencess criss crosing the lenght of the Continent, limiting the migratory options of the allegde,Thylacine. In consequences also limiting their possibility of sucsesful hunt and dose degrading their survivor probability even further towards the absolute 0 %.Which is really sad.😪🧐.-UNLESS- 🤔🤔😛 they 🍄 and 🧬and now possess a remarkable inteligence surpasing in, IQ all living animals on earth ,compared only to BIgfoot.And bonus on top of that feyd, from 1936 till precent day,Thylacine evolved such level of awareness that supress all his animalistic instincts and develop sort of consciense that'`s favor elusiveness before all other necessity.Even dose - water, food and procreation ext.Is ingrained on them from younger age that ,elusivenes is the key for their kind survival.And every individual is seeing as his duty ❤‍🔥(Stanis the Manice), and great honour to sacriface his live due to turst,hunger or exposure but to remaind hiden when humans are near 🚬,🤠,and their most despised minions, this 🐕‍🦺.that can sence us ........😜🥰🤣''This is the way of the Thylacine'' this is the only way to survive and to remain hiden in Australia/Tasmania..... 😎I stop here is enough to clear my wiew point on the mather, for most of you i s.And for the rest grown ass man that bolive in 🎅 i say it directly ''UNLES you also bolive in that Thylocine have come to posess ,Religion-Culture-Sence of honour,deeper understanding of consecuences and ext-extr.Beacouse that is what it takes for Thylacine to be alive today in Aus/Tas/he is not some herbivore animal that can survive on plants is a predator but specyalised on small pray ,which bring im to colision cource whit humans again....Due to gravitating around the Emu and variance smaller animals.........
