All of the talk is directed at toxic leadership, but very little content addresses toxic team members and they’re EVERYWHERE and empowered by the toxic boss content. Thanks for this.

TRUUUUTH. Im honestly shocked that out of 10 Toxic Employee videos I’ve watched on TH-cam, your video is the only one that suggested to fire them. Every video just beat around the bush and preached that managers should “compliment them” and they are “just misunderstood” and “try to rehabilitate them” Toxic employees NEED TO BE LET GO. When this kind of stuff goes on for too long, it creates cliques of people who just create gossip, spread negativity, and impacts high performers- like let’s be real. Most people who hate their jobs probably aren’t doing good work anyways. Managers gotta watch this video.
