सरयू नदी या सरज्यू नदी भारत के उत्तराखण्ड के कुमाऊँ मण्डल के मध्य भाग में बहने वाली एक नदी है। इसका उद्गम नन्दा कोट से लगभग 15 किमी दक्षिण में सरमूल नामक स्थान में है। यहाँ से यह कपकोट, बागेश्वर, सेराघाट और रामेश्वर से निकलकर नेपाल की सीमा पर स्थित चम्पावत ज़िले में पंचेश्वर में काली नदी में विलय हो जाती है।

Equinox:
An equinox occurs twice each year when Earth's axis is not tilted toward or away from the Sun, but is perpendicular to the incoming solar rays. The vernal (spring) equinox occurs in the Northern Hemisphere on March 20 or 21, and the autumnal (fall) equinox occurs on September 22 or 23.
