I am investing in ETFs through Smallcase (SIP) for last 15 months. Return is around 23%. My question is whether my strategy is good for long term investment say 20 years.
I am touched more by Dolly Khanna's husband's attitude. Without any jealousy he made her famous and wealthy. Great husband indeed. At least if Indian husband's follow little bit his footsteps, a lot of house wife's old age is with better dignity. 😭 I wish people clone him in this aspect 🙏

True, I won't be earning from TH-cam advertising on this video. However, Fisdom Academy has been monetarily supporting my learning efforts and I'll have income from there. But beyond these, there are other advantages including : a) improvement in subscriber count b) increase in impressions leading to new and repeat visitors c) presence in suggestion feed of like-minded profiles etc. In my view, nothing goes to waste if one has thought through it.

My TH-cam videos take all 7 days of the week to research, create, edit and release .. so it doesn't leave me time to start a membership program that can add a lot of value to users. There's no use starting something for the sake of it and offer trivial value to my viewers. I have some good ideas on membership but for now, I'll start working on a course (targeting a November release) and we'll see how it goes from there.
Small cap investors especially with local Chennai stock market are entirely different beast. I have met many of them over the years and their humble personalityalways throws me off when i see their portfolio.

Mauricio needs animals at the CF position .. think players like Haaland, Kane, Lewandowski, Benzema .. even growing ones like Osimhen, Martinez, Isak will do. But CFC needs a selfish brute who will stand within the box, ready to pounce. That's been missing for many years now. Aston Villa is a good team so I won't hold my hopes high

Hello. It means: Value-averaging Investment Plan It's a method of investing that tries to lower the cost of purchase of units more effectively than a regular SIP by being flexible with the money that's invested every month (unlike an SIP where the amount of money invested is constant every month) The amount that gets invested via VIP depends on the scheme's performance in the previous month. If the fund performs better than the expected value in the previous month, then the amount invested in the subsequent month would be proportionally LOWER. And if the fund performs worse than expected in the previous month, then the investment in the subsequent month is proportionally HIGHER. Wonderful video!!! Just curious if the time period for price action is 30DMA or 30WMA (week moving average). 30 dma is very short time period for investment, it's only good for swing trade. Stan Weinstein wrote a great piece ( Secrets of profiting in bull and bear markets) of his investing style in this one book. Probably the only technical analysis book you must read just to get a different perspective.

I have copied 20 stocks of Ashish Kacholia ji and created a small case basket in March'23. Invested 20% of my PF. Unfortunately I sold all after 20% gain. But when I see that smallcase now, it has given more than 80% return (if I have had those stocks). Actually March to August was the golden period of small and micro caps.

Great question. Investors typically follow the 30 WMA. So not sure if it actually is the 30 day MA or 30 week MA we are talking about here.

I have copied 20 stocks of Ashish Kacholia ji and created a small case basket in March'23.
Invested 20% of my PF. Unfortunately I sold all after 20% gain.
But when I see that smallcase now, it has given more than 80% return (if I have had those stocks).
Actually March to August was the golden period of small and micro caps.

8:21 Hi Shankar, are you sure it's 30 DMA and 30 SMA on the weekly chart? The reason i ask that is cause 30 is a very odd moving average on the daily chart. Perhaps it's 30 WMA?
