O meu galaxy a30s atualizei ontem para android 11.one ui 3.1 .ficou mais VELOZ . apareceram opçòes que antes só existiam usando ( opções do desenvolvedor) como por exemplo reduzir ou desativar efeitos de tela . Alem da rapidez no carregamento da bateria . A imagem que é super amoled ficou magnifico. Alem de usar pen drive para gravar filmes e depois assistir . Tambem usar a tv digital ou google tv de todas as formas .. Etc......😂😂😂😂

Bad firmware on the phone. you need to update it manually with a pc. My recommendation would be to take it to a local repair shop and ask them to flash the latest version of Android
Hey I had the same issue but now I finally upgraded manually to android 11 use Odin to download the software there's a good tutorial I watched and followed that made me upgrade successfully without any errors or bricking my device and the possibilities are low so try that.

You need to wait a bit longer, if you have SM-A307FN model ,you can do it manually via PC but i would recommend taking the phone to a local repair shop. BACK UP YOUR DATA FIRST!!
