I'm a fanatic for the Fate franchise as well but Fate/Prototype was the "unrefined" version so to say. The reason he isn't making a full version is because it would follow Fate/Stay Night very closely but lack the changes he made in an attempt to improve it. There were somethings from Prototype that I liked such as Gilgamesh's Enuma Elish looking like its name sake but overall I feel like their would be a good number of flaws since its the beta version.

If I want a more realistic Grail War in the F/SN universe I read Type Redline or Strange Fake, I honestly don't think Prototype is so different from Stay Night that it warrants it's own story.

Actually fate/stay night was conceptualized while Nasu was in high school. The result was eventually changed into fate/stay night as we know it now. The original is animated as fate/prototype.

True. The Anime was bad because they tried to merge all the paths together and it turned into a nonsensical mess. And UBW the movie, while not nearly as bad, left out many of the fine details that made UBW the best route in the VN. But since they already tried a Fate and UBW version I would like to see an attempt at the HF route... though thats going to require alot of censoring. Still though if they learn from their mistakes they could make it really good.
According to triple A game developer... they are. Of course they are full of shit since there are a ton of female protagonists I love. I'm not trying to crush dreams here just pointing out the reasoning behind there not being a full Fate/Prototype VN. As for Prototype main character... from what I saw she was really submissive which isn't an appealing trait to me though it did seem he later intended for her to grow some backbone.
