cool, I absolutely love Nirvana. I think you guys'll sound cool covering Incubus or Skid Row (not sure if you've done this already but yeah). My mom's a fan of you guys, and I guess I'm a huge fan of rock music in general.
I have no idea what change they made to this composition, and I've been a bedroom musician for 25 years. But whatever subtle adjustment they made, no matter how insignificant (did they change key? It's been years since I've played the song and I don't remember if it's in I slack tuning.) completely changed the entire atmosphere of the song, and for the better. I'm not saying it's better than Nirvana's original recording of the song, I'm just saying it's a phenomenal performance of an original composition that I have heard countless times throughout my life, and it's always invigorating to hear a fresh take on a classic staple with an alarming change in tone. It sounds more, I find myself at a rare loss for words, but for lack of a better way of putting it, uplifting. It sounds hopeful.
