Nice video! I'm not the veteran gamer others are ..... but..... Horizon Zero Dawn is absolutely the best game ever. Reddick did make Sylens the perfect ambiguous critter, neither good or evil. Plot for the sequel (Horizon: Forbidden West) isn't quite as rich (as in being more predictable and less layered) but I'm enjoying it too.

Yakety Sax over a montage of deaths during that first Scorcher encounter entering the Frozen Wilds DLC reminded me of my experience. I had originally chalked it up to being a 40 something graybeard that just wasn’t as dexterous with the sticks as I was twenty years ago. Encourages me to see so many TH-camrs getting ganked in this first Scorcher encounter to know it’s not just me, this fight was hella hard and set the tone that the DLC was going to be a grind, even on normal difficulty. All the AI/Turing lore and the conversation with CYAN at the end made it a must play.
I saw that the level requirement was 30 or something, so i wanted to do the quest at the "recommended" level. I actually made it through the scorcher and started the quest, but my fiancee told me to come back after I finish the game because the weapons and coils were too OP. But good golly did that scorcher give me the sauce on my first try. Have a great day Rich

Despite having an RTX 2060 with an 8th gen i7 and SSD, I never had any issues running the first game Horizon Zero Dawn. However, I would recommend getting a PS5 for the best gaming experience, as the lack of VRAM on Nvidia cards is becoming increasingly problematic. For instance, Resident Evil 7 and The Last of Us Part 1 are games that require more VRAM, and running them on a PC with insufficient VRAM could lead to crashes or slow performance.
