This was commission was instituted by Indira after 5 years bcos he opposed emergency.the commission was withdrawn by her later in 1980. 2G case judgement is expected soon. Raja faced the case ,attended all hearings without taking a single Vaidha spent 15 months in jail.he argued the case for himself .he followed the national telecom policy constituted by Vajpayee government.slmple. But he only brought in competition and reduced the rates from 1.3 Rs to 30 paisa. Kailignar did not give katchtheevu.it as given by Indira.then CM , kailignar passed a resolution in assembly against it and sent to centre.state has no role in this. He has been pressurising them to take it back. All developments in this state came when kalaignar was there. Roads bridges it complex bhel etc.
