I think it just means they have high placement but not quite in the top 5, in terms of elo placement. The player could have been #1 in Ranked at one point and started playing less, thus just being labeled “Top Ranked” my guess

Ky inputs up up into a Roman cancel, causing a dash RC. This can be done with a back dash or forward dash as well, he then immediately inputs j.s afterwords, causing a fast blue Roman cancel, since j.s for ky is an overhead, and sol is crouching, it hits. It's a pseudo 50 Meter Instant overhead
