    You are a genius when it comes to these kind of recipes. Thanks for them. I have a hard time thinking up different ways to cook gr beef.

    Philly "Cheesesteak" Skillet...really looks good, but you'll get better flavor out of the garlic if you add it after sautéing the onions and green peppers. Sauté' the mixture for about a minute after adding the garlic, then add the ground beef. If you sauté' the garlic with the onion and green pepper, you risk making the garlic bitter.
    Cook the ground beef until it has some color on it...if it's grey, you're still boiling it in its own and the vegetables water. Cooking longer lets you evaporate the water out and fry the meat and veggies in the fat. This will add some crust to the meat and give you a great flavor. You could also add the cauliflower early to get some color on it, as well.
    Other than that...this looks great, and I'm sure it would be great as you made it in the video, but play around with these suggestion and I guarantee you'll make it even better.

    I use the tops of spring onions to have the onion taste but with less carbs and use sun dried tomatoe paste too to reduce the over all carbs, great recipes thank you 😊

      Had a meatloaf in the oven when I saw this.
      Used crushed pork skins and the sawdust type parmesan instead of bread crumbs or saltines.
      It hit the spot. Easy to church up with fresh instead or powdered ingredients.
      Venison has what 2% fat. I didn't add any because I'm a meat eater anyway.
      Don't know Keto but lost 45lbs on Atkins back when he first published. Since then I don't worry about it.
      Put on about 30 as a retirement gift. Took about as long to lose it as it did to gain it. Makes since to me.
      But as you get older, they don't tell you that it hurts to wake up. So I quit getting drunk and am chipping away at the weight.
      Oh by the way, I've found that one day a week you can just blow it off and pound all the carbs you want with little or no effect.
      Pasta, pizza, candy, icecream, mashed potatoes and gravy, go for it. Just get back right and stay right until the next splurge day comes around.
      It works for me anyway.
      I hope everyone finds their formula so weight ain't a concern. 🖖🤠

      Cauliflower is very versatile, but you can certainly do keto without it if it's something you hate. It's better to find what you like than to force yourself to eat stuff you don't.

      Costco has a rice cauliflower (frozen section) that is the right small consistency and right amount for any recipe in each pack. It doesn’t have any taste to it. I love it.

    Next time u make your Keto noodles slice thin slices of zucchini and lay them in there . It adds the texture of the actual noodles while eating .

      It depends on the recipe. Some recipes greek yogurt can work, others a mix of cream cheese + heavy cream could do the trick. It will change macros so keep that in mind.

    The bacon wrapped meatloaf looked good but the Philly casserole, I don't care for cooked green peppers anyway but, a whole onion is a lot, as onions are pretty high in carbs. Considering the other ingredients' carb count also.

      A medium onion is around 8.5g net carbs - split between the 5 servings it makes, it's really not that much. You can always click the link to each individual recipe on the site (links in description) to see a full macro breakdown by ingredient.

    14:41 CAZUELA TEX MEX KETO

    Sal y pimienta al gusto
    2 onzas de queso parmesano rallado
    ½ taza de perejil fresco picado
    Preparación:
    Precaliente una sartén a fuego medio, luego agregue el aceite de oliva. Pique finamente el ajo y la cebolla y sofría hasta que estén blandos.

      You have to be strict with yourself when you're doing keto for weight loss. It's good to cut up the casserole into portions appropriate for your macros and then store the rest away. You can put some in the fridge for another day, or freeze the leftovers for an easy dinner in the future.

      I also cook for myself and I find very easy to make smaller portions. Use small casseroles for portion control. Just cook what you plan to eat that day, on that way there is no temptation to over eat.

    Everything looks so delicious! Unfortunately, it’s so hard eating keto dairy free when all the yummy recipes have cheese. It makes me so sad not being able eat cheese and all the cheese replacements have nasty fillers.😩 okay, rant over! Lol

    Where can I get ham for the enchiladas that's not covered in preservatives/chemicals? Isn't most ham from the grocery store come with nasty preservatives and stuff on it?

      You can check the different brands available to you at the grocery store. Usually the deli will have something that's either uncured or doesn't use many bad ingredients. Typically you can find ham that has ingredients of just pork, water, and salt. Sometimes you might find some ham that uses a very small amount of sugar in the curing process but it typically doesn't add many carbs to it.

      @@escape2064 Thank you so much! Unless you're doing super clean keto, I personally don't worry too much about the sugar used in curing (like in bacon) because it doesn't add a ton of carbs. You just have to be mindful of the carbs it does add and make sure you account for it. Typically with cured meats, you would have to eat quite a lot before it really starts ramping up in carbs.

    Have mercy. I am prepping up to go keto. The grains or lack there of is gonna be tough as I'm a potato or rice with my meal guy.
    But dam -- I friggin hate cauliflower and avocados. Yuck!
    Oh well - some of the ideas are terrific.
    Any chili type recipes? Do sugar free tomato sauces even exist......under the impression that beans are ok in limited quantities.

      There are so many things you can do that don’t include carbs. Meandering through the veggie isles is one of the best things you can do! Go for Aisian frozen veggies. Frozen mixed peppers and so on. Make pepper steak, but a touch of onions. Load up on color peppers..cream cheese and sour cream dip is fantastic! There is a knock off to shiritaki noodles at meijer in the noodle isle they have rice, fettuccine, spaghetti and so on..I dry them out in my air fryer…you’d never know the difference. They are made of fiber not carbs. They have one gram of carbs. They are flavorless so the possibility is endless! They are called LIVIVA. Just rinse them very well…stir fry them in butter…and use endless seasoning…yummy! They are only 15 calories…eat til your heart’s content!

      There are lots of high-carb "knockoffs" that have been made keto, you just have to find them online. It sounds like you're not too familiar with keto so I'd really recommend reading into it a bit more before starting. We have a full informational series on our channel you can watch to get all the basics of keto down as well.
      Yes, there are chili recipes (though beans are not allowed in general). Sugar-free tomato sauce doesn't exist (tomatoes have natural sugar), but low-carb tomato sauce exists.
      Following keto half-heartedly usually won't get the results you are expecting so I'd really recommend researching it for a few hours before going all-in so you get the results you want.

      Onions can definitely fit into a ketogenic diet if you use them in moderation. That's like saying anything with more than a few carbs per 100g is not keto. So basically most vegetables wouldn't be keto in that case.

      You can do dairy-free keto. Just most of the common recipes will have cheese/dairy. I find it pretty easy to avoid cheese on keto, though, if you include cream in some recipes (since it's low lactose). That's what I personally follow in my day-to-day diet (low dairy, some cream, occasional hard cheese).

    Great idea but not accurate with measurements. When you write 1 tbsp of olive oil and then show at least 3rd of a cup in the skillet...mmm😔. Laters you state 3 large eggs but there are 4 yolks and it didn’t look like a double yolk egg.

      The olive oil may have been a heavy pour but if you're going after the recipes for their macros specifically, you can follow them to a tee and they will still come out tasty. Adding 1/2 or 1 extra tablespoon of olive oil won't ruin a recipe. As far as the double yolk goes, you can literally see the double-yolk come out of the egg at 05:01?

      Reduced sugar and sugar free ketchup is usually fine (1g carb per 1 tbsp.) as long as you're using it in moderation. If you prefer not to use it, you could use something like tomato paste in its place.
