Funny that you have the 11582 order number, i have the 11583, and i'm the 83th sub 😁 Mine is still in transit, will come home end of this week normally. Would love to have your pEQ profile, so ill be able to compare it with the stock tuning. Keep up the good work, you won a new sub 👌
Thanks for sharing everything. My number isn't far from yours. Got the extra adjustable adapter and the interchangeable terminations. Hope I get my tracking soon and get everything in my hands.
I am 11601, I hope that means that I am also in the first 150. I ordered within minutes of HBB posting it. My tracking unfortunately is still not updated, I received it on the 4th.
Hey there Duck! How are the vocals on this set, thanks to your penon fan 3 impressions I did try my first Penon Iem and fell in love with their mids! But I sold it as for some reason the comfort wasn’t great for me and there was some pressure buildup, and I wanted to get something with more oomph. I’m was considering getting the H60/Penon Quattro, isn est50/ Sound Rhyme SR7 or dte500. But this Fat Freq little devil, looks mighty interresting. I’m also usually a low volume listener, so the boosted bss works nice 👌
@@Ducbloke Heh, that makes my choice more complicated now, I miss those Penon mids/vocals so much. But the Deuce is intriguing, although every english speaker says the name’s unfortunate? Checked the translation it’s not that bad?
@@Icecold_Art nothing wrong with the name. There's a Kiss song called Deuce. It's also the 2 card in a deck of cards, a 2 barrel carburetor, a tv series etc. just means 2.
@@Icecold_Artjust did an A/B against the FAN3 and the Deuce is better all around. FAN3 is better with my PEQ setting applied. More texture and detail. I'll have a better idea once I finish doing the tuning on the Deuce as well, but out of the box it's better.
@@or1on89 the standard tips are wide bore. Red tips are narrow bore. I settled on Divinus Velvets for this set. The wide bore had very wide stage. I really like wider stage, but being a 2DD set, I felt the texture and layering paid a price for this wider stage and the bass reduced. The red tips fit me better. The bass more slam. Stage was brought in, but still sounded good. The nozzle is on the large side and the red tips are a bit difficult to fit. The Velvet ML size tips were a happy middle ground. Great stage and tons of bass with slam. Fit on me is always good and they pop onto the nozzle easily.
@ i would’ve loved to try the red tips. Unfortunately they didn’t ship them and I’ve got no answer for the last three weeks. I guess I will try some other narrow bores, maybe the Sancai or the HS19…
Hey Duc. Saw you measurement on squig, seems like your set is the same graph that crin had. One thing I'm still not sure of is on HBB's graph the treble looks different as well as the impedance adapter affects the tuning. On crin's graph the impedance adapter only boosts the sub bass but on hbb's graph it makes the graph similar to the scarlet mini with a linear boost from sub bass to mid bass. I'm pretty sure that hbb measured it with 4.4 and the 4.4 impedance adapter. Could you measure the 3.5mm and the 4.4mm impedance adapters and let us know if there's any difference or is hbb's unit just different from the retail one?

@@Icecold_Art go the Deuce! Vocals are so clean. The Bass tuck makes sure of it

@@gaspar19991 yep, my plan is to measure all three adapters. The 4.4 and 3.5 fixed, as well as the 4.4 adjustable one in different positions.
Done and up in the next video
I curious how anyone can find out if they were in the first 150 or not, I'm pretty sure I am.
