At first yes, but after u unlocked the first meeting cutscene you will be able to meet her every midnight

Talk to the person inside holtin hotel at Saturday Midnight. To acquire a wedding ring you need Ghostfish that can be acquired by fishing in lake area 6.
The satay peddler I can't find it anywhere!

Like this so if you have a turtle trade it with the teenager at the cinema in the morning 10:00 the teenager will give you a mouse after you give the teenager a turtle after that go to net cafe then go to the restroom in net cafe you will see little girl then give the little girl the mouse then the little girl will give you a rainbow thing idk what its called. Then go to the book store and you will see a man. Give the man the rainbow thing after that the man will give you a terpal (idk what it's called again) after that wait for saturday then work until its 22:00 in the game then go to area 6 at the fishing spot you will see an npc that needs the terpal give the terpal to the npc then the npc will give you the ghostfish after that go to holtin hotel and give the ghostfish to the npc in the holtin hotel!
Do the 3 npcs first at:
Monday 10:00 before 11:00
After doing the 3 npcs do the 2 npcs at:
Saturday 22:00 until 1:00
Actually you need to date Asih first before doing all this in game.

Heart 3: monday area 2 evening

update your game version first
1) At Monday Midnight (22.00) go to area 5 and find satay peddler (He only appear at Monday Midnight). buy it for 10 coupon
2) Skip to Thursday Midnight (22.00) go to cemetery/graveyard area 1 and you'll find mysterious girl who waiting for satay peddler. give her the satay. Then enter your house or go to area 2/area 3 for awhile
3) Then the girl ask for new nail because the old one has rusty. give her the nail (obtained from the trashbin / garbage pile)

I don't have a video for it but you can earn a lot of coins by working at the bank in downtown
As for coupons by patiently doing the help quests from NPCs
