The NBA is the best league in the world but some of its stars annoy the hell out of me. This is a look at the top-10 players that need to be stopped because I cannot stand what they do on (and off) the court.

About your Charles Barkley story at 10:03. When my dad was a teenager he was working in a stadium wiping up sweat. He, being a flabbergasted teenager seeing Charles Barkley, said hi. Years later he got to see Charles play and Charles tapped him on the shoulder and said, “Hey, I remember you!” Nicest player to ever be in the NBA.

It's insane that Ben Simmons didn't want to lead the Australian team; he had the perfect opportunity to show what he can do at the helm, exactly the situation he's been asking for, but he decided to hide away in Los Angeles.

Before the end of the 2016 season I was a bit of hater. Purely on court reasons though. As someone who values traditional point guard play, I used to call him "Captain Bullshit of the Bullshit Brigade". He really isn't the greatest pure point guard, and I just never thought someone could keep up that level of shooting for a prolonged period.
Their first championship, I thought was kind of a lucky one, not only were the Cavs injured, but most of the teams on the way therr were too, they even got to avoid the Spurs and Clippers which I thought was their biggest competition.
I still think his legacy and career is better than he actually is as a player, but, he's also singlehandedly changed the way I view the point guard position, and setting up plays as whole. He made me value him as the greatest decoy to ever play the game.

Say it isn't so about Malik Rose. Growing up as a huge Spurs fan, Malik was always among my top 4 or 5 all time favorite spurs players. Finding out that Malik had an entitled attitude is like watching the sun go down in the east. It's like a body blow. I had a similar experience when I waited tables in SA with Avery Johnson. The guy always seemed so likable and then was just a complete ass in person. Love your content. Keep it going.

I will say that sometimes it doesnt turn out good, I met rodman when i was 5 and still have the picture my dad took of him with his arm around me those 2 experiences are why i chose to play defence and tried to play like dennis rather than other kids that wanted to be mj

Years ago, I asked Elden Campbell and Eddie Jones of the Charlotte Hornets for an autograph to give to a 10-year old kid who I was tutoring. They said they didn’t give autographs and laughed. Baron Davis, who was a rookie at the time, called me over and asked me the name of my student. He then signed “Study hard. BD #1” on a napkin and gave it to me. My student was over-the-moon excited and I remain a big Baron Davis fan. He was awesome.

Ben Simmons just rubs me the wrong way. Sure, he has a "Defense-first-and-forget-everything-else" attitude like I did in high school, but he's nearly 7" tall and was a starter, and I wasn't and am never close.

  • @RodrigoSarubbi

Hate the exact same players for the exact same reasons. Love the Warriors, so I have mixed feelings about Draymond, but I know its pure bias. If I had to pick 3, it would be Kyrie, Russ and Harden in that order. Didnt know Nick Wright's take on Kyrie. Loved it.

I honestly comsider flopping to be a skill. Yes it's annoying, but it is just another way to adapt and evolve. Every generation tries to find loopholes in the rules. Which is how rules come to be named after the players. You can't blame this generation for taking advantage of the game. The truth is players are not soft, the rules today are.

People talk about how Koby Bryant has that assassin mentality to win. I feel Kevin Durant has that assassin style even more so. You have to have a cold calculating assassin mentality towards winning to trade to your rivals . and then leaves when his contract is up for more control in Boston getting to call the trades in Boston.

The most COWARDLY act In NBA History was performed by KD when he chose to join a GSW team that just made history by recording the best regular season record in NBA History (73-9). I saw him as the leader & best player on that OKC team that built a 3-1 lead over GSW in the 2016 WCF, so for him to go to GSW after he & his teammates choked up that 3-1 lead, makes him the BIGGEST COWARD this game has ever seen. The 2 rings he got in GSW are nothing but worthless, because to me just as important as getting a ring is also how the ring was earned. So for anyone to say that it was Ok for KD to join GSW in 2016, that person must likewise be somewhat of a coward himself / herself.

Your experience might have to do with the fact that Chuck is known worldwide and largely considered the best player ever not to win a championship, whereas Malik Rose is only regionally known to those San Antonio fanbase in the middle of nowhere Tx. It probably means a lot to Malik to feel recognized, therefore his visits to San Antonio gives him a sense of fame and validation, a sense of importance in the only city in the world that remembers his name, perhaps, even his jersey number. But instead, you went to interview him. 😂
