Hi. You can pull sub out and clean up the deteriorating foam around the sub speaker using a brush. You can buy sub rebuild kit off eBay it’s like $20-30 I think and follow its instructions. Do remember that there is an outer ring on sub speaker held on with 4 screws, before you re-foam. Hope it helps.
