So I had to do the soft reset. Thank you much !!! I was about to put the tv back in the box and take it back. The bluetooth feature is why I got the Samsung tv.
The Anker Bluetooth should work on all Samsung TVs that are Bluetooth compatible. If it’s Bluetooth compatible and still doesn’t work, then I would try to unplug and replug TV. Make sure firmware is updated. Yes, expect slight delay, but nothing unbearable.
There is setting on tv in sound go to expert sound then you can adjust the delay
in my case I find a BT ADDRESS but I don't find the label BT SUPPORT
