Had high hopes when my harmony started acting up that this would replace it, nope! Wouldn't turn on my Xbox one or Sony TV. Not even close to replacement to my Harmony elite remote.

And how do you turn on the tv? If the hub is in de closet? Do i alwas have to work with the ir xr and tx?

I bought this and sent it back because it just does not work. Most of what you showed in your setup was not explained in the manual. You must have discovered everything by trial and error. I notice that no reviewer has ever demonstrated how to select a TV channel directly - for good reason. It cannot be done. How do you make a remote that cannot select channels? My Harmony does that. I found the ergonomics terrible. The IR transmitter is very very weak. Why would you have to stick the transmitter on the face of the receiver. I could never get mine to work reliably.

This is the most complicated remote I've ever owned. I worked on programming it for at least 4 hours over three days and I'm still having issues with it. If you're not tech. savvy or have the patience of Job....stay away from it. Get their U2. 10x better to program and much cheaper.

I've used mine for quite some time now and all the sudden the remote won't sync. Says there are no devices or activities. I keep trying to sync but it just says "0"....any ideas?

It is a junk that is not worth the money. It's not good for Cable boxes or anything that needs Number for changing channels or what ever. Plus Source like changing HDMI1 to HDMI2 in micro will not work for some reason it does work manually. IT is a bad remote.
