    Finally you made a follow along and I can do everything in advanced mode meaning I can get as low as you are lower in this video what you're doing anyways I know originally I mean when you're not making a video and you're just stretching on your own I'm sure you can just be flat right now I am so proud I was able to do all those things continuing on my flexibility Journey thank you so much can't wait to get back into the regular routine created I hope you had a great weekend

    Great follow along, thanks Elia! Love your vids 🙏 QQ: At 7:58 is the front foot supposed to go off the ground (rotate outward) or stay completely flat on the mat?

    I was able to follow you. Just a question:
    Can I use it as post-workout stretching?
    or depends on which kind of workout I did before?
