Vauxhall Opel Alternator replacement 1.6 CDTi Alternator testing

This video we replace an alternator on a vauxhall 1.6 Diesel CDTi engine - this as the vacuum pump on the side!

really you would not need to be a mechanic to know thats vacumn pump for brake servo on diesel engines

I know what a vacuum pump is, but why in the hell is it on the alternator! never come cross one before as we mainly work on Alfa Romeos & BMW's - they don't have this system! interesting!!

thats a 1.7 cdti not 1.6
