Note: There is a slight issue with this farm. I noticed when I finished editing
It is that the iron golem spawned on the zombie chamber. You can prevent it by placing
a glass there.

1 question: does the amount of villagers and zombies affect the efficient of the farm? cause we have a 2 farm with 2 villagers and 1 zombie each.

No it does not affect in Java edition.
I used 5 villagers to make the farm more clean and looks good
