Sam not only am I convinced but salivating over this one, Wow with all boxes checked. The only thing missing is Me. Oh and my lovely wife and Porsche 911 GT3 touring. Did I mention Awesome you're holding the gems, this one will sell fast. Keep up the great Job. Out of a 1-10, you have an 11.
What a beautiful property! Those black light fixtures add such drama. Love the way you film. Your camera was looking everywhere I would if I were there! Thanks for the tour.
absolutly love the kitchen finishs & layout. What shocked me was how little actual living space is on the first floor, not counting the office / 2 bed rooms. The house is all bedrooms, and small hallways. honestly looks like take the garage off and its a 5-bedroom loft apartment in nyc.
You have shown us some gorgeous homes. It is my opinion that the wife makes the final decision on which house to buy to make a home for the family. As I am watching I am wishing that you'd pay special attention to showing the following: The pantry in the kitchen and the space in some of the drawers especially if they have special features. You don't really need to show the inside of the fridge but if there are drawers in the island...we want to see that. Storage is key! The master bedroom and bath are super important. If it has two closets, show both of them and give us a minute to look. Show the vanity storage and linen closets. Also you really don't have to take the time to open the clear shower door...maybe add that time to the closets. If the shower has two shower heads...show us that. Thanks for what you do...my husband and I will keep watching.
I'm in Washington, DC, and had no idea Tennessee had homes like these actually. Reminds me of new builds in Atlanta, GA., LA. California areas. That home is a Wow home for sure! ❤❤❤
Beautiful place and so close to the action .Nashville has really outdone there. Self use to living hour away from there the traffic is the worst ,but I live in Alabama now and it's bad too just so many people, but Nashville is great place for any one want a beautiful place good deal
I may be wrong, but do I keep seeing 2 piece toilets? If so, really? The return air grills look like stamped, not custom made iron. Hopefully I'm wrong on these items; just an observation. If I'm right, cutting corners can be picked out from a mile away. If I'm wrong, a thousand apologies for mentioning.
I think the toilets were chosen for the smooth, easy to clean sides. I’ll pick that over the kind with crooks and crannies to clean all day long. Just my 2 cents.
What really shocks me, is that for being an upscale luxury home, in the multi-million dollar range, there is no pool. For this kind of price premium, I'd expect a pool.
Hey thanks for watching! The reason you see so many luxury homes without pools is that there is a 12-18 month wait time on pool installations in the Middle Tennessee area. All of these homes come with pool plans.
@@COLEMANJOHNS Now that makes more sense to know that, amazing how long it's still taking to build premium homes since covid. Backlogs and materials. That's why I bought my house with the pool already installed, I didn't want to wait, I paid a premium, but well worth it. 👍🇺🇲
For that amount of money I could have designed the interior better. The dining room with no windows? Looks like a company break room. The rooms are divided up in a very strange way. Soulless new design that lacks character.

Now this one is more of my taste and has enough land to build that backyard I want which may be another million or so... LOL

If you can't tell us something about every room you shouldn't be doing this...
