Hi guys, it's Sasha here. As you can hear, today's video doesn't have any background music, I'm sorry about that. I just made a mistake while editing this video. Anyway, if you enjoyed the video, don't forget to Like, Comment and Subscribe! Thank you!
I missed your narration in this one. Your voice has a ‘it’s not a big deal’ ‘you can do it!’ vibe that I appreciate, in addition to your great recipes.
These look fabulous and a bonus for me being gluten-free. I shall be making these very soon. And thank you for getting back to me about swapping out regular flour for rice flour in some of your recipes. X😁
Thanks Natasha! Yeah, the idea was to make these as healthy as I could. They're not egg-free and dairy-free, but that's just the way how our family eat at the moment. Have a great day too!
Hi Sarah, you're welcome, I'm glad you found it useful. I just love to eat oats, and in most of my recipes I use quick oats or ground oats as substitute for flour.
My friend, I am so happy about the recipe. There is so much you can do with it. There are so many changes people can make. I would replace the oats with oat fiber. I will only use low carb vegetables. The fritters are now keto friendly. Then I will add spices and thin the batter to a coating consistency. I want to dip whole spinach leaves and fry them till crisp. And also aubergine slices. Crisp outside and soft inside 🥴 so delicious. I came up with so many ideas because this video inspired me. Thanks a million.
For a more protein dense option...use chickpea flour!!! It also acts as binding agent!! Next if u want slightly Crisp fritters then add just one teaspoon of rice flour!!! With my suggestion you can totally skip the egg and hence it will be vegan recipe too
By the way, you can still add background music if you want to. Go to TH-cam Studio beta. From the left menu, select videos. Click on this video, then select editor, and add music.
Thanks Em! Lately I've been using oats wherever I can, it's a good flour substitute. I was worried about this recipe, because with lack of gluten oats fritters tend to break up and there's a lot of veggies going on. But as you can see everything turned out just fine.
Hi Em, thanks for your tip, I didn't really know there's an option to add the audio after the video is published. That's great, will do that definitely.
Thanks friend, sure I'll be happy to heat what you think about this recipe. Feel free to use any vegetable combo you prefer, but stay with this ratio 1 cup batter to 2 cups vegetables.
@@HowToCookSmarter, made these for brunch with my wife this morning. I doubled the recipe and use some gluten free flour I had on hand instead of the oats. The batter was too think for a whisk so I added some more milk. It also made it hard to get them thin to fry so next time I'll be using the oats. Thanks again!
@@thebakermaker1500 Hello friend, thanks a lot for trying out my recipe! Yes, you can make the batter as thick as you want by adding some more milk. In general, I prefer batter to be a bit thicker, rather then watery, it's easier to spoon and shape the fritters. I hope you enjoyed it anyway.
Hi Afton, thanks for commenting and liking the video (even if it's silent)! The key to making it healthy is adding lots of veggies into the fritters (2 cups veggies compared to 1 cup batter). I love these so much.
Hi Rexy, thanks a lot! I think that you would really enjoy these fritters, and the good thing is you can make this quick recipe with almost any veggies you like.
Wow Chloe, thank you so much for your kind words! I'm so happy to be able to deliver the content that people like to watch, I'll try to make more better stuff in the future. Please be my guest and try out a few recipes, if you need any assistance I'm here. Have a great day!
Hi Sasha, what an interesting idea of substituting oat flour for wheat. 👍🏻#5. This is another recipe that I will probably try, but why no music? I miss the music☹️
Hi Howard, thanks friend! Oh no, I forgot to add some music in my video file, that's what happens when you decide to go upload a video at 2 AM. Music is coming back in my next video! Anyway, I'm glad you like the oat flour idea, well that's my go to option in most of the recipes that asks for flour, but just in recipes that needs flour to bring the ingredients together.
Hi! Sure, you can bake these fritters too, not really sure about the baking time, but check out for doneness. I'm so happy you enjoyed the zucchini bread! Zucchini season is about to start soon, so I'm making this too! Take care!
Oats are strictly speaking not gf as they contain avenin. Although they are okay for some people with gluten allergy they are not gluten free and should not be given to a coeliac.
This looks excellent . Didn’t need sound to see a good recipe when I se done . Keep up the good work . I hit all the Hutton’s . Please stop by and check us out so we can connect and grow together . Have a great day friend ✌️😎
Hi Ryan, thanks a lot for your comment and support! I'm glad this video didn't fail to convey the message because of the missing sound. I'll definitely check out your channel. Have a great day you too Ryan!

Is it any option to avoid milk....
What else can we add instead of milk...?
I am sure water will work. When we make bhajia, we just use water and it turns out fine. I also can't tolerate milk anymore 😔
@@fujoshirants9609 yes I too was thinking of the same 👍
Nice
Hi dear....what is the substitute of eggs as we don't have eggs in our meals. Pls advise. Thanks...
Same here, please advice on substitute for eggs
Flaxseed: Combine one tablespoon of flaxseed meal and three tablespoons of water and allow to sit for about 5 minutes = 1 egg substitute.
😍
