Creating these systems can get a bit overwhelming but this had the right amount of detail and was simple enough to not feel bogged down! Exactly what I needed :)
There's already a template in notion that kinda does all of this, it's been there for years. I'm sure there are some custom ones that even build on top of it but non the less nice step by step tutorial from scratch.
