The '99-'03 F250 SuperDuty's have either dana 50 solids or dana 60's, not much difference as far as lifts go. I lifted my '02 8 inches with 37's, in the year and a half with that set-up i've only replaced ball joints... however I don't know how many miles have been on them before being changed. I commute 110 miles round trip a day.

Christopher Quinton its usually rim size and offset. If you have 22"x14" with -76 offset, the wheels will sit further out which basically acts like a lever against your ball joints. The other factor regarding the lift itself, is the center of gravity, the higher center of gravity has the same effect as high offset rims. Cheap steering components and/ or cheap lifts can also cause premature wear.
Leaf springs are shit on those old 7.3s i got a 3500 Cummins limted 2018 rides smooth has a level kit on 37s 13×22 13 lip has over 812 hp pushing 1100 trq not bad for a twin trubo full bolt on.

i read the descriptiins of the upgrades done to the truck, and no offence but with just a ts performance chip, bellowed up and new boots i dont think it will outrun anything, and this is coming from someone that owns a 7.3 f250 and loves his truck.
All that metal underneath is literally like a foot above ground.... No higher then a Prius's suspension... I don't like that shit, lifted so high but a tumbleweed has no chance to fly past, that bitch will get caught up! 💯
AND it can mow over speed bumps no problem! There isn't really any special upgrades...lift, tires corny looking stacks, spray can painted calipers, stock diff covers, single cheap shocks, no steering stabilizers, must be tough keeping those 40's going straight...meh. 2002 is the last yr of the 7.3

Crime Family 18” at rear diff. Educate yourself. Only way to achieve ground clearance is tire size, unless it is an IFS suspension.
